McDonald's Grand Plaza

POS operator was extremely rude I asked about the new Wagyu burger. “Look man I don’t know what’s in the burger I just work here. So do you want it? Or not? ”. Very unimpressed. Order was quick but also wrong. And the burger felt stiff like it was old and ice cold.

Not at all what I expect from a company as big as this. Poorly run Franchise needs new Senior Leader Team.

Ordered a chicken wrap at 11am right after they swapped off breakfast and the lettuce was old, yellowed and didn't taste right. When I asked for it to be re-made I was told by management that "No, it's fine, the lettuce is always like that".

I was served by a young arrogant girl. I asked for a large coke she picked up one off the bench put it in front of me and walked away. I asked a young boy who was also serving if I could have a fresh drink and he made me a new drink and he smiled and interacted with me! Who knows how long that coke had been sitting or anything was possible.if your gunna hire young teenagers at least ensure they can do their job and be pleasant.rant over

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to I ordered a grilled wrap and three drinks for friends and the wrap I saw on line was made with crispy chicken I saw them wrap it and then I asked when they handed it to me if it was the grilled wrap and both the guy who made it and the service crewperson both told me it was grilled I said I saw you make it and they remade it then was missing product off of it whilst sitting in the food court they were supposed to close at 9: 30pm they closed 15 minutes early. From working at McDonald’s I know the correct procedures and this is just unacceptable the manager didn’t even control the situation or say anything just watched the crew deal with it. Crew were very rude. Wouldn’t recommend

Most of the time the bacon and egg muffins are NOT fresh and today my egg was undercooked with egg shells on it.
Not happy at all.
They leave thick shakes sitting then have to replace it cause it's melted. The staff are not very organized at all.
Not only that they gave me someone else's sausage and egg muffin too and I didn't realize and gave the egg to my daughter then one of the staff came to my table and just snatched the sausage muffin away he was really rude about it really bad service

Unbelievably terrible service. I was being served by a larger female working, just to look at her was distrusting. The way she served the customers was even worse. Didn't speak or gave any care about the order. You would had thought it was her first day, well we can only hope!

10/10 for the crew here, always working their hardest to get orders out. Best Maccas in the area Well done guys xxxx
