McDonald's Grand Plaza

Absolutely feral toilets, the disabled toilet sink was FULL of hairs and dust… a receipt on the counter was dated for yesterday, and I visited 5pm today… where’s the standard of cleaning…. DISGUSTING

Blud wanted me to go back around the drive-thru to get my flavourless coffee, and then I got an egg shell in mcmuffin erm what the flip dude.

Rudest staff, never get the correct order, and food is always a mess. If you want to be spoken to like rubbish, go here.

I get it. It’s lunch time but it took 35 mins for our food to arrive …. Cold. It’s obviously been sitting around for a while. The chips are stone cold and hard. Not edible

This McDonald’s is disgusting I can’t remember the last time they got my order right the last time I was there they messed up my order again I went back in and they had the cheek to act like I was holding them up on top of that they gave me stale nuggets and chips that tasted like they had been there all morning absolutely disgusting restaurant and work ethic

I enjoy the food from here it's usually always freshly cooked (sometimes the chips might b cold lol) but I've not had a bad experience

Easily the worst maccas around. Constantly getting my order wrong and sometimes long wait times

Honestly browns plains maccas is the worst, I don't think that I have had a positive experience for ages, it's either bad service, missing items, completely forgetting the order, disinterested staff or a manager who runs and hides so you don't get to see them, I hope they build another restaurant at Marsden so I don't have to come to this one any more, oh and please maintain your self-service kiosks once in a while

Went to orderat the kiosks 3 of them broken as you enter the door; either from the eftpos or the screen not working had toe eventually take the order to the counter where I had hotcakes ordered only to find out there was no syrup for the hotcakes.why allow me to order that if it is only half the order it's like ordering a big mac and only getting 1 patty.

The staff were great especially Troy.
McCafe computer screens were filthy covered in black dust need a really good clean. Toilets needed attending to.

Pathetic service. They never have ketchup available and today they said they have no sauces available. Never experienced such a lazy staff never coming to this one again

Allowed me to order a coffee through self serve then told me they have no coffee and offered a milkshake instead at 7.45 in the morning.
No offer of equivalent priced item to the large coffee I paid for or additional items to compensate.
I wont be back

This is the second time I found hair in my food…. And the worse thing is I had eaten those fries just to find piece of hair in my mouth This is unacceptable…. Get your s*** together

Im fed up with the service at Mcdonalds Browns Plains the one located in the Grand Plaza Food Court. Three times have been given disgusting service, no smile, rush and throw your food across the bench. What shocked me more was i was just waiting patiently to be asked why i brought the happy meal back, an untidy blonde head girl wearing no uniform comes towards me and raises her eyebrows as if to say "what do you want" i just said my nephew was missing his sauce and she starts shouting "which one" then throws the sauce in the happy meal and walks off in a huff. Sort that Mcdonalds out, aint our fault they chose to work at Maccas, do your job, you applied to work in a fast food industry then do it Right!

No shakes or anything really between 12am and 4.30 am atleast. No vanilla shots, no full cream milk. No allday breakfast.do I need to continue. I would prefer to leave it at that I think.

If i could give 0 stars i would.staff were rude.found a gross brown/bloody spit it my nuggets that was hard and chewy.staff did not take the complaint seriously and were disrespectful even to each other.will not be returning absolutely disgusting service

Shake machine is broken more often than not. Since storm a few months back menu is severely limited, no nuggets, frappes, and many other staples. So often they miss things from your order or if you order online and order not processed properly they tell you to go into drive thru waiting area in carpark and forget about you. Pretty poor. Check your orders before going home.

Terrible drive thru service, how hard can it be to make a coffee. Seems pretty hard at this mcdonalds, I checked twice to add hazelnut syrup, not the case.

Disgusting! Just come here ordered our meal while waiting thought i would take the opportunity to go to the toilet. WHAT A BAD mistake that was. The floor was that sticky you could hardly lift your feet up! The toilets were a bomb site i can not express how disgusting this place is. FERAL.
