McDonald's Grand Plaza

Absolutely usless. Every time we go there they get something wrong im not sure if they all suffer from some sort of mental illness but its not that hard to run a fast food restaurant.we have get given the wrong order or they miss something nearly every time its a joke

The muffins are either a week old bread or been toasted for 30 mins. Even more, recently parts of our orders have been forgotten.

2 months since I wrote this review and nothing has changed.

It seems that all the Maccas in my area having dropped the ball on service, accuracy and quality.

The girl working at 7pm on 22/2 was wonderful! She was so nice and made our experience great! Thanks girl!

Sat down to a dirty as hell table, dirt so caked on it!

Great place to "pick up". Sunday evenings you can see separated parents swapping kids. This can be An opportunity to chat up someone.
Food here is great. Tastes alot like other McDonald's stores. Drive thru however you are garuntee to wait for food, so you have to park.

Disgusting treatment of the costomer in front of me. The manager and a staff member continued to laugh at an elderly lady, because of lack of communication and understanding.
It might have been frustrating, at a busy time, but that is no excuse for being rude.
Even when she showed confusion at food pick up, the manager was abrupt man handling the elderly lady's food, to prove a point.
Staff showed no respect. Sat 27th 12.30.

It was rainy so I order 5 "Hot" Apples pies, and they were stone cold and tasted off. Will not be returning and will be suggesting to friend and family to not return

Nice and clean, it (the store) was getting detailed inside and out, as my daughter and I were having breakfast, this does not happen too often at South Grafton McDonald's, as it is usually quite untidy and there is no waiter people there very often to help out, if at all. It was quite a nice change for my daughter to actually see a "wait person" there, so genuinely cheerful, and smile at a customer. Very nice. And the food, very fresh and had not been sitting in the shop like other places. Well done Brown's Plains Macca's, Well Done. My daughter had a great time there, no fuss at all.

Service here is getting worse. 10 kids working behind the counter and not 1 of them serving. Was far better when you could buy a coffee without having to wait in the food queue. Better oedering from the drive through window if you want served quickly.

Fence broken which defeated the fenced in purpose. Toilets horrible. But it's a great park! Lots to do and pop on library visits too.

Me and my Father ordered a small meal for breakfast and waited 43 Minutes in the drive thru parking spot. This was absolutely ridiculous.

Staffing needs to be managed better, a lot of front counter staff, some who appeared to be waiting for something to do, whilst staff in the kitchen area struggled to keep up with orders. Food being returned as they arrived cold to customers. Would have expected better from McDonald's.

McDonalds park ridge is onlya 5 minute drive from this Mcdonalds. You should go there instead. This place is irredeemable

I watched a girl drop a wiping cloth into a takeaway cup once and she didnt throw the cup out. Run by kids that dont care.maccas in a nutshell

The night shift service is bad! Most of the time no service after mid night because no much workers and when you ask how come no service now they say the system is down and we are cleaning please come back in 30 minuets.

We ordered Bacon n egg mcmuffin minus the bacon meals, we reiterated that we do not want bacon and was confirmed by them.
On delivery the question was asked there was no bacon in the meals and affirmative.
Came home and all meals had bacon, and no eggs, just cheese.
This is the second time in couple of months that we have encountered this.
Very disappointing that they cannot take and deliver what was ordered.
Maybe it is time to try Carl Jr, or Hungry Jack's.

This is supposed to be fast food, it's anything but, I am yet to go through the drive through without having to park around the corner. We never order anything out of the ordinary, sometimes they will give us our chips and my daughter's happy meal, then send us around the corner to wait for frapes, all the while our chips and so forth are going cold. They seriously need to look at their service levels.

Coffees arent the greatest compared to some other maccas resturants and i often find they forget things in your order abit more frequently than others but the staff are friendly as

I got a classic grill burger. To my surprise when I got home I was given a burger without buns.
