Service was poor waited nearly 5 minutes for someone to come serve me seems like the staff were more interested with chatting to each other than serving the few people including myself who were waiting to order this has happened multiple times here were I've gone in and no one wants to serve you until you ask for someone to take my order very poor form

Sadly service is still lacking staff prefer to chat to each other than serve customers

Was a bit annoyed when 4 of the 5 self order machines.was unable to scan the order we had.
We waited patiently for someone at the counter to help us.
Because they were busy doing their job.
We didn't have to wait long.
A manager holding her till.
Asked if we needed help with anything.as she was also understandably busy.
And we nicely explained why we couldn't order at the self help machines.
And she nicely put our order through for us.
Want a long wait for food either.

Sanitation station at entry empty from previous reviews this is an ongoing issue self serve kiosks freeze and make things more difficult than necessary but that's the same at most MacDonald's

Legit waiting for 2+ hours for a wrap meal and nuggets and have called multiple times with no answer it’s legit 11 they should be quiet by now and able to pick up a phone

When is Macca's great - always. I mean seriously those nuggets are to die for and the chips are soon good.

Firstly please train your staff properly. Went through drive through just get a medium coffee frappe. I watched 4 people get their meals. 5 others walk out with coffee frappes. And then the person behind me get a coffee frappe. I hooted at the lady and she proceeded to ignore me. Absolutely disgusting. I waited over 15 mins, when I eventually got the order it was completely wrong! I wanted a medium COFFEE frappe and landed up with a large CHOCOLATE frappe! Very annoyed at the staff there. Bring back your experienced staff thanks

More then 12 people in, chatting and giving hugs each other. Waited for more then 10mins for a thickshake. The cup stayed on the machine in the front half full and noone care. Took refund - last time I'm here

The Food is ok. But this Store often stuff the orders up. So it pays to pull up and check all meals. Especially checking you had been given the burger you ordered.

Terrible, had a McChicken and the burger was flooded with mayonnaise and took away all the flavour

All sanitizer dispensers empty. When staff were alerted they said “yeeaaah sorry”. Didn’t see anyone wipe down the touch screens in the time we were there. We picked up our order and left.

McDonald's give me big Mac i ask for happy meal for my kid and that and give me Croker not apple juice

Usually a great place but this time order got wrong and when sundae was brought to me it was almost melted. But highly recommend to visit as food is delicious

Polite staff. The quote buffer wasn't enough for drive-thru: I have to line up waiting at the road outside the premises.

Good fast, efficient service? Not really, how was I supposed to drink my thickshake with no straw. Which the young man in a hurry told me, "its in the bag"
Perhaps less haste & checking would be more appropriate.

I had to order my food from the drive-thru which was two-sided drive-thru. The side I had to go up to had no cover for when it was raining and I got very wet. The cheeseburger I ordered though was delicious and full of sauce!

Just got a grilled chicken salad.its literally chopped lettuce and sliced grilled chicken breast

Do yourself a favour and go to maccas at Marsden. After going through drive thru, and getting to the first window, we noticed that only one burger was hot in correctly. They tried to fix it and then when we got to the second window, I asked four times for them to double check that an add on was for the right burger and she kept telling me to move forward, never answering me. Finally she listened and told me it was correct. By the time we got our food, only one burger was correct (filet of fish). Obviously very frustrated, we went in and all they did was add the extra patties, no extra nuggets or anything. The staff don’t care at all and it is definitely reflected in the food. 0 stars

Hopeless service this morning in drive through - I don't go often and thankfully so, I prefer GYG across the road, cheaper coffee ($2,00), tastier food and better service

Quarter pounder burgers were so messy in the box & the meat patties were so bland! Don't know if it was because it was part of the 30 day offer for November that they had to pump them out faster but reminds me why I haven't had maccas for a long time. Disappointed
