McDonald's Grand Plaza

Ordered bacon and egg mcmuffin meal, the Hasbrown was burnt to a crisp. Probably an old hashbrown that was fried again! Really disappointed with their poor service because I got that breakfast for my wife and she couldn't even enjoy it when I brought it home for her.
Not the kind of guy to usually post reviews but this was appalling service and abuse of trust we place in those who serve us at mcdonald's. Never trusting or buying from you again.

Service pretty average here, staff don't seem overly caring, just shove food out and next person. Management need to step up.

Generally efficient service, however the thin guy manager seems to be a bit pretentious and rude.

The person who took my drive through order after repeating it minimum of 3 times which was an iced latte no ice but with cream and sprinkle of chocolate on top when l recieved it, it had ice no chocolate on top. The girl asked if l would pull over out front and she would make me another which l did. I waited at least 5 minutes out front when the girl delivered it there was no straw given so off she went to get me a straw. A couple parked and waiting next to me had ordered a coffee which they waited for when they recieved it, it was cold so the lady had to go back in to get a hot coffee. Not a satisfied customer lm sorry to say neither was the other lady.

Don’t bother getting a family box on Uber eats from them, they either gonna forget chips or a burger, one day probably the bag!

Worst ever McDonalds. McDonalds if you have a corporate office that checks on these outlets, please do something about this outlet. Messed up my drive thru order thrice in the same order. The burger’s presentation was the worst of its kind I have seen till now.

Very disgusted with how I was served by the rude lady on drive through today passing out the order. Couldn’t quite catch her name on name tag, started with a C looked like Carley. After passing us the wrong drink we asked her to please correct it, she rolled her eyes at us a tried to tell us this was the drink we ordered but ‘would fix it anyways’ after shaking her head and rolling her eyes. Made both me and my partner very disgusted at the lack of customer service skills.

Admittedly the carpark for the entire complex was designed horribly, working against the convenience of the location, but the internal and external design of the restaurant stands out a lot better than any other fast food chain in the area.

Staff are always well presented and polite, the service is speedy and the wait times are better than I expected.

Macca's food is always Macca's food, but it tastes great and the sustainable packaging is a great bonus.

Need to better present there good n instead of burger being half out of the box other then that great

Any night you get burgers from here, even you ask for fresh burger. You know what, never get one.
Try any other macca, patties are fresh and juicy but here worst experience.

Better to eat next door HUNGRY JACKS yes Hungry jacks than these guys.

This would have to be the worst burger ever made sauce all over the bun I had to wait three minutes in parking for this.and served with cold chips nothing worse. The manager must be so proud.
I will never return here again.
The quality of McDonald’s has gone downhill big-time

They threw my food around like a toy and they really underfilled my daughter’s chip, there was like 9-12 chips in there.

Great service and polite staff.
Which is hard work considering how busy this place is. Honestly team well done to all the staff it's not easy but you make it look like it is.

Just saw, a worker come in saying they gave the wrong coffee to a customer and another customer was waiting for that coffee, so what does the manager do, change the lids after that person has taken a drink, and gives it to the person waiting for that coffee, that poor person.

Very poor food quality control.staff should be trained properly or staff should take their job seriously.not the first time it's happened.

It's the worst depending on whose there obviously, I went there the other day and we found out they didn't have the donuts, frape, or even an ice cream cone, they havnt had there frapes for about 5 weeks now very dissopointed ngl

Havent been inside for almost a year went in today and ordered some food. While waiting, flies were EVERYWHERE! Food being served in bags had flies going in and out including my order. Flies were so bad they were almost on staff faces yuck. I cancelled my order and left was so disgusted. No apology, poor customer service.

Very disappointing, ordered 2 happy meals as the kids love the toys just to be told that they run out of toys when picking up, not when ordering.what a scam! No notes whatsoever to let people know!

Terrible service! Had to wait forever for my order (which was only a soft serve cone and 2 x frozen cokes) and then the boy serving tried to hand me a soft serve cone that was dripping down his hand and when I asked for another one because I didn't think it was appropriate to hand food over like that, the attitude I got was disgusting! He aggressively threw it in the bin and stormed off to get me another one. He also shoved the frozen drinks towards me that had obviously been overfilled and were dripping over the sides and walked straight away and when I called out that I would like some serviettes to clean them up before giving them to my young children he rolled his eyes and threw some at me. When I asked a different server to speak to the manager apparently he was unavailable because they were too busy. I am/ was so fuming about the the way I was treated and would not recommend anyone ever go anywhere near this McDonald's!

Very rude staff on the pick up window I then asked for the manager well his attitude was definitely no better. I then asked to speak to Joe the other manager on duty well he most definitely had a better attitude he solved the problem without hesitation. Nice young man. Thank you Joe.
