McDonald's Grand Plaza

I ordered two cheeseburgers and a 24 piece chicken nuggets. Instead of giving me two cheeseburgers, they gave me one. They even charged me the price of two cheeseburgers.

Usually an unhappy customer here. Long waits, over salted food. One time there was a black thick hair sticking out of my big mac as soon as i opened it.another time my brother had a burger here (probably a big mac also) and his lips were swollen after

Coffee is absolutely terrible. Burnt and undrinkable. Rude staff and they forget half your order. Manager is ignorant. Staff are following his lead.

Website said this grand plaza browns plains branch open till 8pm Fri but they closed door before 7: 30pm

Poor service, bad customer etiquette, rude and unapologetic for own mistakes and from what I can tell, brainless manager that can't be bothered talking to you when they make a mistake or you requesting a refund.
Who knew that following McDonald's policies was optional for this McDonald's.

I stood at the counter for 5minutes while the manager and other staff just wandered back and forth looking busy but actually doing nothing. I gave up and went to Hungry Jacks. Burgers and the service are much better.

Generic food of an ok standard. The management needs to be strong to keep the pimply teens on task. We've had a few lazy and non interested staff interactions in the past few months.

We got a night fuels deal with Uber eats and we didn’t get our two Big Macs and the nuggets were disgusting.
I tried calling them 8 times and they picked up once and then hung up 5 seconds later so I haven’t been able to get through to them at all really disappointed with the service

Customers service is bad at this site. Getting 1/2 to 3/4 filled drinks and given attitude when you ask it to be filled up.

The staff are basically mini Grinches, acting like you ordering a meal is Christmas all over again.
Angry, rude staff. However the food is fine, standard. The location leads for quite a wait time; however the angry staff care very little for customer service in the ways of "taking orders. " Which I assume is why their service speed is slightly faster. Hamburger on the outside of the bun quality food.

Don't go for an early morning breakfast fix. Waited for 15 minutes to get food. One person doing Drive thru and counter. Waited forever to get food and coffee.

Always! And I mean always manage to leave something out of an order or supply wrong size etc. Staff need to pay more attention to order to ensure it matches the delivery. Tiz not rocket science.

Enjoying a ice coffee after work. Not too bad. Some nights are good. A nice drink to finished the night after work.

Love the new chicken wrap.my fav new food.sometimes the store gets a little busy and staff can be somewhat distracted from giving old fashion maccas service.

I always have to repeat myself in drive thru. Maybe concentrate on one customer at a time. Instead of making me repeat myself

Always stuffing up orders. Blazé staff. Typical for maccas in Australia these days. Many kids just don't give a hoot about taking pride in their work these days.

This place was absolutely awful, they completely forgot and but the time I got it, the burger was made poorly and was just a mess. Never coming here again.
