Cannington Medical Centre

I've had to go to this medical centre for after hours gp appts and the service is good. It can at times be very busy, so you may have to wait an hour or longer. Generally speaking, reception and GPs are nice and treat you well, waiting times vary.

Poor Customer service, tried to use book appointment online with email confirmation and only to find out the doctor left for the day without any notification. Never coming back

My wife went to the medical centre a few times already and never had a bad experience. I’ve been there twice now to see Dr. Yogam and am very happy with him. I can not say that I’ve been treated wrong or disrespectful by any of the doctors or receptionists there even on very busy times. Waiting times are quite long, however, it’s a bulk billing clinic. I can’t complain.

For the second time now I've booked an appointment and had a walk-in appointment come after me and see the doctor I was supposed to see well after my appointment time.and to top it off, some kid spewed in the foyer and nobody thought it might have been a good idea to clean it up.absolutely disgusting, I most definitely won't be back

Very very bad customer service of one of the Receptionist she is so rude, seriously you gotta do something about it also waiting is too long I have to wait for one and a half hours but that is not the worse when you pick a doctor even if you just arrive doctor will give you priority as soon as he/she is available so practically you don’t have to wait as other people who come first (like me) advise pick any doctor at reception. Unfortunately I have to wait because my baby got sick at night

I highly recommend dr Nasim Joudaki in this medical centre. She diagnosed my issue after some tests that I had seen some GPs before her but no one had found out. I'm so happy with her job.

Don't really understand the appointment booking system where you book an appointment and wait for hours and walk in patients get in before us.
