2nd review on 29 Aug 2023: Gemma (I hope I got the spelling right) was so very helpful, caring, friendly and 100% responsible! Such great follow-up regarding my medical records and service. I am impressed! She and the other lovely reception folks so far as I have experienced are really wonderful as compared to some other less busy practices.

1st review in July: A very busy practice. But front staff were mostly nice and helpful. Dr Gabor Balint was really lovely and humorous as well though he sees about 40 patients a day and thus understandably a little bit rushed.

Thanks to the receptionist who rang back and rescheduled my appointment for later in the day when the doctor was unavailable in the morning.

First time attending this clinic today. There were lots of people in the waiting room so I was expecting a long wait.but we were surprisingly called in pretty much straightaway. Doctor was kind with my 5 year old son and was knowledgeable.was reassuring and didn't just throw antibiotics at us. Will definitely go again.

I have been seeing Dr. Sunita Chalumuri since the beginning of this year and for me she is the kindest person ever. The people at the reception are also great and friendly and provide quick service.

Dr. Mahinda Yogam is So unprofessional, Rude and disrespectful to the patients, not even ask me that what was my problem or why did I come to doctor.
Take me to his chamber and check my previous health records about 25 minutes. Print me out those records and push me out from his chamber and told me that he already spent 25 minutes, So he needs to take for another patient.

What a waste of time, so called open till 8pm but none can visit them as their booking system doesn’t allow, their website says book through app and app says call them to book but none picks up the phone. Can’t rely on such a poor service. Find GP elsewhere.

Love this clinic. Administration is always polite and professional and Dr Jinadu is the best family doctor anyone could ask for.

Very good health experience doctors, especially Doctor Omar. He has 30 years health experience, can speak several languages, he is kind and always gives enough time for patients to talk, explain how they are feeling and gives good health advices.

Don't bother going as a walk-in. Got told 30 minute wait. Was there 2 hours and still didn't get seen. Waste of time.

Too long waiting. I actually felt very sorry for a gentleman who was with his toddler and waited nearly 2 hours. The child got very uneasy. They made the mistake in reception by mixing the appointment and poor child suffered.

If you are thinking to come to this centre, my friendly advice is *Don’t* …. The waiting hours are so long even when if you an appointment…

Saw my GP on a Friday morning for annual check up (cholesterol etc.) and script renewal. My GP at Cannington Medical & Dental is very good. He is kind and listens and efficiently moves into diagnosis mode. The GPs operate under short time constraints so you must be clear and concise about your symptoms. It was all dealt with as efficiently as possible: Having the treatment room and blood labs onsite is very convenient and efficient.

Don’t bother calling.

I am currently on hold right now, and have been for an HOUR.

Every time I ring I get put on hold for an extremely long amount of time and end up hanging up because I can’t wait any longer, so can’t confirm if there is actually anyone working on the front desk answering the phones.

I get that it can be busy but this is ridiculous!

Apart from the long wait times, the doctor I saw once was excellent and actually seemed concerned about me so he has boosted the rating to 3 stars.

Sorry for the long review, but I am so bored because Cannington Medical Centre has me on hold ‍️

I booked another telehealth consult cause I can’t drive to personally see the gp due to sprain ankle. Just the same happened it states in my app, appointment attended, but I haven’t receive any call at all! Not a good experience!

I've been calling them on the phone to ask if my GP is having clinic today as he does not do online booking. I'm already one hour with the automated answering machine and nobody has pick up the phone. Bad service.

Dr Ken Withers is such a knowledgeable and fabulous physician. I would recommend him to anyone.
