Cannington Medical Centre

I like that you can just walk in without an appointment. They open at 7am weekdays, which means I can see the doctor before work. If you need blood taken, ultrasounds etc or scripts filled, they have all those things on site. Makes things so much quicker and easier.

I do not recommend anybody coming here. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous! You can hear the doctor I'm waiting for having full on conversations with his patients not a care in the world that he has other patients waiting! @

Please attend your patients on time specially to those who have online bookings. We came early to our booking time but still we waited 30-45min late from our scheduled booking time. We also have other scheduled errands other than this

Don’t recommend coming to this centre whatsoever. Not only are the doctors never on time with appointments, but they’re also careless with diagnosis. I only ever come here if my go to GP has no appointments available and even when booking an appointment at Cannington Medical Centre, it does not make a difference as you still have to wait regardless. I was supposed to be seen an hour and a half ago and I am still sat here waiting. Terrible terrible GP!

Where bad doctors and their personalities go.
They all seem to hate themselves here and want to rush u out the door, with no regard to drug interactions or rehab or scans

Friendly, helpful staff. My friend was seen and cared for very quickly after a nasty cut to his head. Very professional

Very disappointed Always short of doctors and the reception in the front desk not good at all I was waiting over one hour and left the centre without treatment.the doctors are very good by the way

Bad attitude. Supposed to have booking at12: 10 got there on time. Been told next on the list, after 3 patients still waiting.

The waiting time is more than 2 hours which is unbelievable when I got appointment and they told me, waiting time about an hour but they gave wrong advise. If you can wait more than 2 hours to see the doctor off course you can go but I never ever go to this medical centre again!

Today here with a new born baby and thy say a hour and a hafe iv being here 2hours not came here please

Went for a scheduled appointment on time and was not called for over 2 hours at which point i cancelled the appointment and left. Good doctors but be prepared to wait hours (with or without appointment).

If you don't mind waiting 2 hours even though you had made an appointment and be shown the door when you just got to sit down at the doctor's room and still have questions about your condition and the doctor was impatient telling you to go, saying something like "you won't understand even if I explain it". Their current system “short changes the patient” and there is no incentive for the doctor to initiate, maintain, or innovate, coordinated care that is required.

I was surprised that the doctor had no compassion when my child needed to be seen for a bad stomach run. She needed meds to stop her run but preferred she waited 1.5- 2 Hrs instead even after the receptionist related the matter to the doctor in person. I would expect to wait as an adult no dramas but children age 4 have a lower tolerance. I think this goes without saying. Utterly disappointed.

Some doctors are very unprofessional. I wonder how this incompetent and unprofessional doctors are still practicing in Australia.

Avoid "Dr Max Bowater" he is extremely rude to his patients. He said my pain was fake and accused me of being an alcoholic and ignored everything I said. Hes got multiple complaints online and calls anyone in pain a drug seeker.

I want to give 0 star to this place. First of all never visit this place cause there always 2 hour wait. And there is no sense of booking appointment because you never get the doctor you book the appointment with. Last I don't know how they call the customer cause there are lot of people came after us get doctor first.

I have waited more than 2 hours with my baby.when i asked to reception to our number in the waiting list, she couldn't find us on the list.
They have some good doctors and goods nurses but unfortunately they have sucks doctors as well.

Very bad experience as i went to see the Gp on Wednesday night and found the door locked at 9.45 pm but the time is 10pm for closing and when i knocked the door the staff came and refused my entry.i was extremely sick and what would you wanna do if someone's is going through this.shame on this practice why they open the door right on 7pm but close it 9.40pm.its disgusting

Very bad experience with reception staff. Had test last month. I just want my invoice to claim from my insurance but taking lots of time to provide it. Also staff is rude. Never want to go again.

Most unprofessional place I've see in my life. What is the point of opening up appointment times now when the doctor will never see you anywhere near the time you have booked!
