87 Last time I visited the medical centre I was told that I would be charged because my appointment was after 6 pm. However this was not mentioned anywhere on the booking site. So i was unhappy because if i knew I could have booked my appointment before 6 pm.
I think this should be mentioned on the booking page so we can choose.
Wait times are far too long for walk in, might as well go to the hospital

Negative starts if possible, very unprofessional. Had appointment to remove my stitches and appointment booked number of days back. I had call 30mins before appointment that doctor is not available while I was driving to medical center. Then I told them to book another appointment with same doctor.and they told me he's not available for 1 week. Then I said stitches need to come out as far as I know before that. Reception told me yes, they will organise appointment following day and it was never book by them or sorted in any manner.
Place needs a cleaner here all day.the toilets are disgusting…seats are filthy.if it wasn’t for my GP that moved here i would never come here.this place has some health and safety issues.needs urgent attention
I am very happy with the services provided by the medical centre. I transferred all my medical records and management plans to them several years ago.
Its also very convenient with all the other services provided right there. The reception staff are very friendly, efficient and professional. I've witnessed them managing some disagreeable clients; credit to their management and training.
Amazing doctor, great services, got all my tests, bloods and ECG in one spot within an hour. Bulk billed. Could not be happier.
My first time here was appointed to Dr Peng. She was unprofessional and dismissive. Assumed I could speak Chinese. Super rude when I couldn't. Will not be going back.
I have recently commenced seeing Dr Aqualina at Cannington medical Centre.
He was previously my family doctor but we had lost touch. So happy that I have reconnected as He was a good GP then and and even more amazing one 15 years after last appointment.

Absolute trash. Nearly 3 hour wait even with a pre-booked appointment. Checked after 1.5 hours and told I would be next. Said I didn’t care which doctor just sick of waiting. Multiple people abandoned waiting while I was there.after 2hr45 I told them I was leaving. Barely got a sorry. Don’t bother coming you probably won’t even get seen even with an appointment. 0/5
The worst medical centre that you wait more than 2hours just to see a doctor for just 5 minutes. I waited long for the GP and then nurse for vaccine for than 2 hours and then guess what happened. They said sorry we don't have the vaccine
I just adore Dr. Aquilina - he is kind and so understanding. Like old School doctors use to be. You do not find that anymore. Very respectful and knows his job well- i know i am in good hands with him - been going to him for two years. Highly recommend him.
I've been here for a couple of years already. In the beginning it was good waiting time on average is half an hour. In recent years the waiting time is far too lengthy if you want to see yr usual doc even with pre booking online.it can stretch out for over an hour easily n if you're busy person like me it's not an ideal situation. My doc is good it just the waiting time is far too long even with pre booked.
I missed a call from reception by seconds so I called back immediately but couldn't get through. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment 2 days later, they said it had been cancelled. 2 receptionists for 25 GP's leads to long queues waiting to be served and phones not being answered. I then organised a phone appointment but the doctor was 1hour late and I missed his call by seconds, so I called back reception immediately and had to wait another hour.
No booking needed. However, I brought my mum to the GP at 2pm on the 6/08/2021. Told the young girl at the reception that we wanted to see a particular doctor. Waited for an hour, went back to the desk to ask about the waiting time. A young chap told me that we were put into the system to the first available doctor not the doctor we came for in the first place. That female receptionist is obviously not interested in listening to what we told her. A very bad service for someone who sits at the front of house serving. Please send her for a customer service course. She needed to be educated.
I had the worst experience with a GP, here. I would not recommend seeing Dr. Peng. She was very unprofessional and rude, not just to me but also to that random poor soul sitting outside, near her office.
Utter useless place. Booked an appointment at 5.00 p.m with this particular Doctor Call Balint. Did not call my name until 9.30. Four and a half hours waiting. I do not recommend this place for anyone. Reception is not helpful. Do not know what they are doing. Bunch of retired doctors and they do not know what they are doing.
I went this morning for sugar blood test the GP told me to do fasting.so early 8am i arrived and 9: 45 when my number was called
When i get in the technician ask me if i can stay for another 2hrs.because thats how it works for diabetes blood test.what im concern is why the GP did gave the info that you need to stay for 2hrs after having blood test.im on a fasting and feeling dizzy waiitng for almost 2 hrs and they i still need to wait another 2hrs.please GP's at canning provide us the info clearly so that we can prepare.hope you gonna read this. Worst place on earth i would say, they never pick up the phone and when i did book a doctors appointment the doctor was not there as they were sick, the receptionist rudely responded to me that they did try to call but nobody answered, I asked why they did not leave a message, she again rudely replied they were not allowed to leave phone messages, but it is fine for their stupid app to email and text me reminders for the appointment but they can't leave a voicemail message to say the doctor is sick and will not be in.
Receptionist needs to find a new job if she hates her job so much she has to be rude to every patient and speak to them like we are inconveniencing her. What a joke of a practice i was better off taking my injury to the hospital emergency department.
Hectic busy medical centre always so many people waiting to see Doctors when it's a walkin clinic day. Sometimes when you phone this medical center it can take ages to get through to receptionist to make appointment or speak to them.
Awful scheduling
Be prepared to wait 20+ minutes even if you’ve booked an appointment
Not to mention the staff turnover, constantly ignoring phone calls and all the rest
Not sure who’s running the show but time management is terrible
