Yarra Glen Grand Hotel

Waited well over an hour for meals to be served and it wasnt really that busy (table of 4 adults & 2 children). 3 adult mains arrived. Asked how much longer do the kids have to wait for their meals aswell as our entres. Told coming right out. 10 minutes pass and we finally have kids meals, with entre being served last. Steaks and vegetables cold. <br/>No apology, just a pathetic excuse about a kitchen error. <br/>Not 1 waiter bothered to clear any glasses/plates from tables. The bar is filthy. Poor customer service from all staff. Will not be returning. Dont even deserve 1 star

Called in for an evening meal. Was "Steak Night " ordered the rib eye. Was the toughest steak I have ever been served in my 60+ years on this planet! My partner had Calamari and a salad, very average. I dont normally bother doing reviews but had to comment tonight. Cant recommend and wont be back. Very disappointed and no apology from chef or manager. Not even worth one star.
