The service was appalling! Newly engaged, this is the first bridal store I went to and I was highly disappointed at the lack of acknowledgement I received. It took at staff member 20 minutes to shout over the counter ‘hello’ and walk away again. Not impressed and a bad first experience.

Can not thank Susie from luv bridal harbor town enough. First day trying on dresses and she nailed it. We bought the dress and we were very happy with it. Thank you so much for your friendly service and wonderful attention to detail on what would suit me etc.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. They made me feel very relaxed and helped me to find my perfect wedding dress! The selection of dresses and the price range was very good. Thank you Luv Bridal Gold Coast!

Gorgeous dress, but disappointed with customer service. Upon initial consultation I was told that the shipment in November would arrive "just in time" for my wedding in October. I could go on and on about my unpleasant experience here. I'd recommend going somewhere that's more invested in providing great service rather than just making the sale.

An incredible experience! Jo was amazing and made the experience so much more than I imagined it would be. There are so many beautiful gowns to try on and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy my wedding dress on the day however it just so happened that I found the perfect wedding gown on my first visit. I would 100% recommend Luv Bridal to all brides that want the full bridal experience. I will be back to buy my bridesmaids dresses as well.

Great first experience on purchases and lady was lovely and went above and beyond and happy to sale but on going back to pick up.not such a great experiences. Here's your dress try it on then the worker sat behind the counter waiting the rest of payment taping her pen! When spending alot of money at a store you would think you could at least smile and make the bride to be feel happy!

DO NOT BOTHER. I put a deposit on my dream dress, return for a second fitting and it had a foundation stain near the zip and smelt of fish. They did not refund my deposit due to it being a sample. Will be reporting to consumer affairs.

Went there to look at my bridal dress and my MOH dress in the morning, weren’t acknowledged for at least 10 mins before something asked us if we needed help. When I said we were looking and maybe trying some on, I was told they were fully booked! We were there for around 25 mins and no customers were in store, plenty of staff, obviously not willing to help or want a sale! Very disappointed! They just lost Around $4000 today.

PLEASE DISREGARD MY PREVIOUS NEGETIVE REVIEW! That was meant to be for Forever Bridal in maroochydore (worst place ever). LUV BRIDAL IS AMAZING! This was the store we found the dream dress. The employees were so perfect and professional. The store itself was elegant and beautiful. 100% recommend LUV BRIDAL <3

Service was amazing, girls were great. Dress though was falling apart when we took it out of the bag two days after purchase. It fitted perfectly in shop and two days later at the dressmakers we were unable to get it on. Make sure you watch them place your dress into the bag to take home!
