Luv bridal was really the place to find my forever wedding dress! As soon as I walked into the shop I was greeted and welcomed by April who was so lovely and walked me through the process with such ease! Thank you so much April it was such an amazing experience!

I had the most amazing experience with Cherie and I found my dream dress on the first visit! Cherie listened to my vision as soon as I walked through the doors and continuously passed me gown after gown until I fell in love with this one! I would highly highly recommend this beautiful boutique they made me feel like a princess

I had a wedding dress appointment with April at the Luv Bridal showroom on the Gold Coast. She is absolutely phenomenal! She was so accommodating, took what my inspiration was and found gowns that fit my vision perfectly! I could not recommend the boutique or her enough, she was amazing! I can’t wait to come back for my fitting and I will be recommending Luv Bridal to everyone I know! Definitely a wonderful experience!

April made me feel so comfortable and helped me pick styles that made me feel great. She is super professional, easy to talk to, and went above and beyond to help. She's a credit to the store and brought back the excitement to my wedding planning after it was postponed due to COVID. I've been to quite a few shops, and this was the first time I felt like it was more about me than a sale. Thanks again, I had such a lovely time.

Oh we’ve had the best time dress shopping. April was so lovely and accomodating. At some point with all there dresses it can get quite overwhelming but April was asking what I like and don’t like and picked some great dresses to find out what I really want. In the end I walked out with something I wasn’t expecting to love and I am super happy with my choice. Plus getting welcomed by a glass of bubbles makes everything even better. Again thank you April for your patience with me and even accomodating my family on video call from Germany.

What an experience!
This was my fourth time looking for a wedding dress, and I finally found it! Darlene was so attentive and listened to every little detail to find the dress for me. She went above and beyond to make my vision come true, and made the entire experience for not only myself, but for my family and friends, one to remember! I was also shocked at how great the prices are at Luv Bridal considering I tried a dress which was very similar but cost three times as much, and the quality at Luv Bridal is just as good, if not, better! So, so happy with my experience here.

I had such a great experience at LUV Bridal and Formal Gold Coast! Upon arrival for my first appointment, we were offered champagne/water etc.
My consultant, Teresa, was amazing! I was quite indecisive, and she was so patient! I found my dream dress at that first appointment and ordered it there and then.
Anytime I called the store, the ladies were lovely and more than happy to help! To top of my experience, my dress arrived earlier than expected!
I honestly can’t thank Teresa and the team at LUV enough!

Darlene was absolutely fantastic she called prior the appointment to know what I wanted and could guide me to the perfect dress. It wasn't the style I had come in expecting to like but WOW she knew it would suit my body shape and skin tone. Highly recommend spent more than I had budgeted for but Darlene took all concerns into consideration. I am so happy with the result

I just had the absolutely best experience at Luv Bridal. I bad Kat as my consultant and she was bubbly and welcoming from my first step in the door. She really listened to what I liked/didn't like and we were able to find my dream dress straight away. I cannot recommended the team at Luv Bridal gold coast enough! I found my wedding dress today with the help of lovely Kat! Kat helped me at my first visit & again today, when I said YES to the dress! She was absolutely amazing, so incredibly helpful & friendly - I felt like she was just as happy as I was! She made the whole experience so easy! A beautiful experience at Luv Bridal with the icon herself Darlene. She allowed me to pick and choose styles I liked and didn’t pressure or rush me into something I wasn’t sure of, I felt safe and cared for with her.

She was super warm and kind with my family and made sure loads of photos were taken during the process and I’m so glad she did, because I can’t stop staring at my dress! She really made my vision come to life and I can’t wait to get my dress in!

I would give more stars if I could! I tried dresses on at 2 different shops, luv bridal undoubtedly came out on top overall. My consultant April felt like my friend, she was kind, patient, helpful and supportive. The dress I said yes to was HER pick, she is amazing at listening to what you want and putting it all together in one gown. If you are looking for an all round amazing bridal dress shopping appointment I highly recommend April at Luv Bridal. Thankyou 100x April. Can't wait untill she comes in

5 stars for April she was absolutely amazing and definitely made the whole experience stress fee she was great to work with and very accommodating, I chose my dress because of her help. She offered champagne on arrival and was very sweet and thorough.

However me and my bridesmaids (my guests) witnessed another consultant yell at her customers saying not to try the dress on as its out of budget. She was at the till while her customer was looking and said this accross the room in a veryangry and firm tone it definitely shocked all of us and not the way to treat customers. There are other ways to address this.
