Thrilled with the dress I picked with the help of Cherie. I was a bit nervous upon entering as I had only looked at wedding dresses online until this point. To see so many dresses was a bit overwhelming at first but I liked Cherie's approach of picking out several I liked (with the help of my friend and mother) and then going from there. Cherie was supportive and gave helpful feedback during the whole process, she was very knowledgeable and this put me at ease. I would highly recommend.

Had the best experience with Darlene who was not only super helpful but also as excited as me! She looked after us with such patience and was so sweet when we got to select the Christmas gift and when it came to finalising the process. So glad we went to Luv Bridal every part of the day went better than planned and better than expected! Thanks so much Darlene you were a star!

From my first consultation with Jo, to going back and deciding my “one”, then my fitting and finally picking up my dress this week… the whole experience has been magic! Jo had the most beautiful energy and just made me feel like a million dollars. She was so warm and lovely to my family too. I went in for my appointment 4 days ago and I couldn't have been happier! I had my appointment with Darlene who is super nice and helpful. With only a few months out from my wedding, Darlene helped me pick the perfect dress at my 1st appointment and rushed my order to ensure it got here on time. Darlene made me feel as though I was at Kleinfeld Bridal in New York City as seen on 'Say Yes to the Dress. ' She was straight up, there was no time wasting and she asked me all of the right questions to find me the perfect dress! Could not recommend Darlene at Luv Bridal GC enough!

Thank you so much for helping me find my perfect gown! My dress is flawless. The lace is stunning, the shape gorgeous and I felt like an absolute queen on my big day.

I recently went into LUV at harbour town to retry some dresses and also sample some new styles. As soon as we walked in from the pouring rain, my mother in law was abruptly asked “where is your mask? ”. My mother in law was trying to dry her hands to get the mask out. Once I had checked us in I spoke with Cherie who asked if I had been to LUV before. I stated yes once. Cherie then proceeded to tell me “well you know how the process goes”. I asked Cherie what dresses she had in my size. Cherie stated all except pronovias. I described the type of dresses I was after that day to try on. Cherie remained sitting on her bottom behind the desk stating “We don’t have that, or that”. My mother in law had to log onto LUV website to bring up the dresses I wanted to try on.

When asked what dresses she did have to sample I was informed that those dresses were out of my budget. When a firm budget was not given. Cherie did not suggest a single dress for me to try on. Cherie made me feel as if I was intruding on her time. Whilst I was trying on dresses my mother in law was asked to pull her mask up which had slid down, three other office staff members were not wearing masks or incorrectly wearing masks.

Whilst undoing my last dress Cherie asked what’s stopping me from buying a dress today. I stated that I was not happy with any dresses provided. I had sampled four dresses and was on the verge of tears. Cheries rude attitude and poor customer service was disgusting. Last time I attended LUV I was paired up with Jo, who was amazing! She made trying on dresses a magical moment, which it should be.

I will not be recommending LUV to any of my friends or family. I will also be purchasing my wedding dress elsewhere.

All of the team were lovely and a very special mention to April. I ended up buying the dress that was my first choice, but she was still very willing to let me try others on just in case. Highly recommend them for any future brides!

Today I had the pleasure of saying yes to the dress! I booked in with Jo who went above and beyond for me! We picked out some dresses together and tried heaps on! I loved one at the start but Jo ended up picking out the most beautiful dress for me and I new as soon as I put it on that it was the one. After showing my family and friends with me, we agreed, that it was the one! My amazing father offered to pay for my dress and I began to cry, the whole showroom got emotional and teared up, it was such a beautiful moment that I was able to share with everyone including my amazing consultant, Jo. It’s truely a day I won’t forget and I am so blessed to have been able to have this experience and I am so thankful for Jo for finding me the perfect dress! You are the best! If you’re looking for your perfect dress make sure to book in with Jo, she is incredible and will make the whole dress shopping process a breeze!

I highly recommend Luv Bridal on the Gold Coast, my mum and I travelled down to the Gold Coast for another wedding dress store and I decided to book in at Luv Bridal as well and I am so glad I did. After attending the other appointment, I left feeling a little underwhelmed and I can tell you that I did not leave Luv Bridal that way! Joanne was our consultant and she was amazing from the get go, even calling half an hour before to confirm we were attending and was waiting for us when we walked in! Joanne said I would get a dress under my budget and she delivered!
Joanne was amazing, she was honest, truthful, full of knowledge and had such a great personality making you feel comfortable like you have known her for years not an hour. We also had a lot of laughs. Joanne has an eye for picking out styles that suited my body and personality. She was sneakily watching my mum and I when we were picking out dresses and made not only me happy, but also my mum with the options she gave us. I didn't plan to leave with my dress but found the one, thanks to both my mum and Joanne's suggestions. I can't wait to go back for my sizing next year!

The store itself was lovely and they had plenty of options, we were lucky enough that we had the store to ourselves! I highly recommend Luv Bridal and Jo as your consultant!

I had such a great experience at Luv bridal harbour town. I finally said yes to the dress and it was all thanks to the amazing Joanne! After visiting a few other bridal stores I was starting to give up on finding the perfect dress but thanks to Joanne she made me feel so comfortable from the minute we walked through the door, she explained everything so well and listened to me when I was explaining what I was looking for. Together we picked a few dresses to try and then she chose a dress she thought would be perfect for me.this dress was THE ONE! I honestly can't thank Joanne enough, she went the extra mile to help me find the most beautiful dress! AMAZING!

Today I said yes to the dress and it was all thanks to Joanne! She made me feel so comfortable the whole time, and had great knowledge and information about the dresses in store and what would suit me. She helped me try on dresses out of my comfort zone, dressed me up with a veil and flowers and it was all about having fun! It was such a positive experience, and I left feeling extremely happy. Joanne was absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to see her again for the sizing of my dress. Thank you so much again Joanne, words can't describe how grateful I am!:)

Worst customer I’ve ever experienced. Walked in and before I even got a hello a blonde lady in her 50’s told me they are all on a lunch break. Was going to book an appointment here for my wedding, but I will never walk in here again or recommend this to anyone.
