Joanne was absolutely amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better consultant. As soon as we stepped into the door she was friendly, caring and professional. Listened to what desire I had and understood my comfort zone but pushed me a bit which led me to my dream dress. Was so excited for when I got to pick up my dress and again I had Joanne! I loved finding my wedding dress here, it was such a special experience. The ladies were so helpful. April was incredible, she helped me find a dress I’m really happy with. She was thorough but also made the whole experience feel relaxed and extremely comfortable for me. Made my day - thank you ️

I visited Luv bridal and was so lucky to have my appointment with Jo. She is so lovely, warm and friendly & just made the experience so enjoyable. This experience was terrible the girl was rude unhelpful and the dresses (formal) were like supre dress only they were old fashion looked second hand with pulls and stains. Waste of time as their website is NOT up to date so what I was looking for wasn't even there. A smile wouldn't kill you shop girl.

I went to Luv Bridal for my first wedding gown shop. April was my assistant and she had some ideas of what I wanted but blew me away with a dress that I would not have picked for myself.
There are so many options for every type of wedding dress here and the ladies are willing to help with all you gown and accessory questions. I would 100% recommend visiting this store, you won't be disappointed.

Today I found my dream dress. Luv Bridal and my stylist April were fantastic. I walked out of there on top of the moon! Couldn't be happier!
My dress is gorgeous and suits my height, shape perfectly with a little help of one of their experienced seamstress as I bought of their floor stock.

I had my first dress appointment on Saturday and Joanne was there to look after me and help me find my perfect wedding dress. Joanne was absolutely lovely, helpful and full of knowledge when it came to the dresses in the shop. Joanne made me feel so comfortable in every dress I tried on and was so warm and welcoming from beginning to end. I bought my perfect wedding dress from Luv bridal and it was the best decision I made! I’m so in love with my dress and I had such an amazing experience all thanks to Joanne?

I went into Luv Bridal and had my appointment with April. She was very helpful as I wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for. We went through a few dresses and she helped by recommending some styles that I may of liked. I highly reccomend April! If you make an appointment make it with her!

I recently had my first (and only!) wedding-dress-shopping experience at Luv Bridal on the Gold Coast. My mother, bridesmaids and I had such a wonderful experience. Darlene handled my appointment and helped us find my dream gown - she was just wonderful from start to finish! Shopping for a wedding dress can be both exciting and stressful, but Darlene and the ladies at Luv Bridal made it as seamless as it could be! I can't recommend them highly enough! Xo

I had such fun trying on dresses & kudos to Kris for nailing the perfect dress on the first go.

I tried on about 10 or 12 different dresses over 2 appointments and still kept going back to the first dress Kris picked out for me.

The team were kind enough to let us take photos and videos so that I could see how the dresses photograph and to give me time to mull over my decision. At no point did I ever feel pressured to buy a dress at either appointment.

The team at LUV bridal were amazing & professional from the minute my bridal party and I walked in. We were offered pink champagne and my amazing consultant, Kris, made us all feel so excited and welcome to be there!

I went in with my dream dress in mind, Brielle by Madi Lane. (Look her up she is stunning!)
I was super nervous the dress was not going to suit me but as soon as I put it on in the fitting room Kris immediately said "oh my god, this dress was made for you". Hearing those words was everything I needed to hear in that moment. I walked out to see myself and I just couldn't believe it was me. The dress was everything and more!

Kris added a sparkly veil and handed me a flower bouquet and all my bridemaids had tears, I had tears. I knew this was the dress I was getting married in!

I can't wait to go back to put on my dress again when it arrives! My very own Brielle. Counting down the days to delivery yaaay!

Jo was wonderful! She helped me pick out the dress, I never thought I would wear on my wedding day. Trying on multiple dress and also the same dresses multiple times and no question was a silly question! Request Jo and you’ll have a ball and will be leaving the shop with laughs and wonderful memories! Highly recommend Jo!

Highly recommend Luv Bridal Harbourtown. It is a lovely showroom with a huge variety of dresses to try on in different budgets and sizes. Consultant Jo was fantastic at taking in likes and dislikes as we tried different dresses on and in the end she picked out the most perfect dress with all the elements I wanted.
