I found that no matter what I asked for they were able to supply. They have a wide range of automotive, mobile and cordless phone, deep cycle, VRLA and camera batteries. Even though they didn't have my laptop battery in stock, I recieved it a few days later
Honest business. Went in this morning planning for a battery change, after load testing the staff inform me that the battery is actually in good condition and does not require a replacement at least until end of the year. There you go, no business was done but I really appreciate their complete honesty.
Appalled at how dishonest the staff here were. They flat out told me rubbish to get me to buy something I didnt need.
Very good customer service, I did not have my car battery with me but I gave them the details and they were able to give me two battery options with a decent description of each. I was very pleased, could not fault them.
The person who answered my call told me everything I needed to know. I rang for a battery and the man told me he had found my battery but did not have it in stock. He told me the price and how long it would take to order in. The battery arrived in store by the end of the week.

HOW DISGUSTING! AFTER GETTING A REFUND FOR A BATTERY THEY PROVIDED TO MY WIFE THAT WAS AN OVERPRICED SUPERCHEAP BATTERY THEY LAUGHED AT THE FACT MY WIFE HAD TO LIFT THE BATTERY BY HERSELF BECAUSE SHE WOULDNT PAY $30 FOR FITTING OF THE OLD BATTERY!

Needed a new car battery ASAP, walked in and told them my car model and walked out with the right one at $50 less than i planned to pay 5 minutes later. Perfect service and cheap! My friends recommend their roadside service as well, cheapest there is.
