So easy. Got great advice on the right battery for my car and then the guys fitted it for me on the spot.

I had to go here due to Bunnings not having the battery I needed. Unfortunately the battery I had to buy at battery world was double the price of the exact same one at Bunnings.

Installed a deep cycle battery at chermside battery world, Awesome customer service, Jamie was awesome, spent nearly 1/2 an hour to provide me various advises regarding my battery connections and related circuits including various options to install other electrical accessories for my 4 wheel drive. Honest, skillful, professional and very courteous. I strongly recommend this place. Keep it up for your good attitude and service. I wish good luck.

Amazing customer service. Short notice assistance required just before closing time and Jamie from Battery World Chermside was able to provide all information over the phone then stopped by on his way home to install a new car battery. Great customer cervice. They advised us on 3 and more options to replace a battery giving specific information about each single option. Very kind and above all very knowledgeable. We made a great deal saving over 200$

Reading the reviews here, I will agree with all the negative comments and take the positive with a grain of salt. They did not want to explain correctly why their battery did not fit my device but, preferred to argue instead of explaining clearly. Then they had the gaul to tell me to take my business to JayCar and then turned their back on me and walked away. Extremely rude. Based on that I'll recommend you also go shop elsewhere to get better service and exactly what you require as I did afterwards.

Poor attitude & couldn’t even be bothered to check the Amp Hr rating of a battery I needed. Not the first time I have been spoken down to by the owner & I purchase 3 to 5 batteries a year from bikes to trucks. Never again will I buy from BW Chermside or Albion.
On the other hand a quick call to another branch & was treated normally & question answered within 2 minutes.

Had my CBR1100XX 5YRS & now battery had gone to sleep. It had 13027ks now 129000ks. Steve & staff are very happy to help. Now the bike starts & sounds GR8 on start up. Advice & help was fabulous.

Excellent service. Went into Battery world this morning after barely getting my car started and in 15 mins I had picked a choice of 3 batteries (I chose Australian made of course) and the man had it installed on the spot and it was cheaper than getting my mechanic to do it. I couldn’t believe it was that easy. Thanks Chermside.

Had to get a new battery for our car. They had the best price for a top quality battery and fitted it at no extra charge.

When my car wouldnt start, I took my battery straight in to Battery World Chermside. Jamie was unbelievably helpful from the start, he tried to troubleshoot my battery and when that didnt work, saw to it that I recieved a new one through Varta! 10/10 would recommend! Friendly service and very professional. Will always be coming back for all my battery requirements!
