Extremely knowledgeable staff, friendly service and quick resolution of issue. Aaron was very attentive and professional in resolving my requests.

All I can say what amazing people that are working at battery world chermside the new owner is 2nd to none I had issues with my battery and she was quick to help me out and point me in the right direction to resolve the issue with my bike battery the service is impeccable I will 1000% be a returning customer and I will also be posting it up on my group chat to let all my fellow riders know were to go next time they need a battery I can not stress it enough to anyone reading this post to go to battery world chermside. Thankfully one of the few open actually on a Sunday, had a battery issue, the manager spotted the issue and rectified it easily, friendly and polite, great service

Awesome customer service and was an absolute life savers. My wheelchair broke down in Queen Street Mall and 3 other battery companies would not come to me, but soon as I rang they were more than happy to help. They arrived so quickly and changed both batteries on the footpath without a second thought. ABSOLUTELY recommend these guys. Thanks again.

Great service. We were visiting from out of town and had battery issues. Called in first thing on Saturday morning. Battery tested and replaced and we were on our way in under 15 mins. Highly recommended.

10/10 service! I’ve had issue with my car for 2 days and after figuring out it was the battery, the gentleman behind the desk helped me find the right battery. Even after purchasing the wrong sized battery and only having stock of a specific brand, he again help us to find the correct size AND didn’t ask to charge me extra! Couldn’t be happier with the level of service!

Great service! I had an after hours call. From the initial phone call to the battery being replaced was all smooth and easy. The serviceman estimated he would be an hour and arrived earlier than his eta. Great work guys

Called to ask if they would price match a battery from another retailer. I was abruptly told, "buy it from them". That was it. Made my decision pretty simple.

This store did a very good job for fixing the battery problems. The young man is professional and quick during working. The staff working behind computer has a very nice service and chat with us. A very terrible day comes much better because of these guys! All problems solved! Thanks a lot!

Have been dealing with this store for awhile now and the young men are fantastic to deal with but the older fellow needs to retire already, He is always in a mood and very arrogant. I shudder each time I see him slouched behind the computer when I walk in luckily half the time he wont acknowledge you.

Worst service I have ever experienced, uncaring staff who just make excuses and hope you go away, do not stand behind the products they sell, do not know how to properly test deep cycle batteries, took 5 weeks to do a a simple load test which isn't the correct way to test these batteries refused to give me my money back when both batteries failed, verified by two other shops batteries had dead cells, don't buy Century deep cycle batteries.

Excellent, very knowledge bunch of guys, they had exactly what I wanted ie rechargeable AA batteries, and the fellow was able to tell me why the ones I had bought from the shop weren't working

Couldn't be happier with the level of service we received from Jamie and the team. Friendly, professional and willing to go the extra mile - which is what you need when you're stranded with a dead battery!
