All I can say what amazing people that are working at battery world chermside the new owner is 2nd to none I had issues with my battery and she was quick to help me out and point me in the right direction to resolve the issue with my bike battery the service is impeccable I will 1000% be a returning customer and I will also be posting it up on my group chat to let all my fellow riders know were to go next time they need a battery I can not stress it enough to anyone reading this post to go to battery world chermside. Thankfully one of the few open actually on a Sunday, had a battery issue, the manager spotted the issue and rectified it easily, friendly and polite, great service

Awesome customer service and was an absolute life savers. My wheelchair broke down in Queen Street Mall and 3 other battery companies would not come to me, but soon as I rang they were more than happy to help. They arrived so quickly and changed both batteries on the footpath without a second thought. ABSOLUTELY recommend these guys. Thanks again.

Great service. We were visiting from out of town and had battery issues. Called in first thing on Saturday morning. Battery tested and replaced and we were on our way in under 15 mins. Highly recommended.

10/10 service! I’ve had issue with my car for 2 days and after figuring out it was the battery, the gentleman behind the desk helped me find the right battery. Even after purchasing the wrong sized battery and only having stock of a specific brand, he again help us to find the correct size AND didn’t ask to charge me extra! Couldn’t be happier with the level of service!

Installed a deep cycle battery at chermside battery world, Awesome customer service, Jamie was awesome, spent nearly 1/2 an hour to provide me various advises regarding my battery connections and related circuits including various options to install other electrical accessories for my 4 wheel drive.
