Rang Battery World and they were wonderful, knew exactly what battery was needed and were able to deliver and fit the next day. Very grateful to them. I am spreading your name around.

The staff here know their products and love their bikes. Worth paying a little more for good quality products and great advice.

Only deal with these guys if you have to. Ordered a battery and paid for it. Working to a deadline as we are going away. Waiting for them to call as promised they would as soon as it came in. Didn't call as they forgot who was calling whom. Told that the battery i was now getting was different to what was ordered. This battery I found online for $70 cheaper then what they were offering it for. Yes they offered me a full refund but as I am going away that day i had no choice but to accept. Very disappointing.

Totally stuck and no way to even break in. Steve from Battery World Chermside came to the rescue! He was so helpful and in the end drove me home to get the property managers key to get into my house and then drove me back to the car after hours. His concern for my car and my safety was paramount to him. I cannot thank him enough.

I rang Battery World Chermside chasing an uncommon car battery after visiting two battery providers and calling another two battery world stores which didn't have what I needed. The lovely gentlemen here assured me they had what I needed and when I arrived they had it waiting for me at the counter. Their customer service was great, and they were very friendly. I would recommend these fellows to everyone.

They are great. They sell the wrong battery and then do good bodgy job fitting it with spacers.

I had a problem opening my LED Lenser torch to replace the batteries, and the staff at Chermside were fantastic. Spent time working out the problem and it turned out that the battery had leaked internally. They cleaned it all out for me, and replaced the batteries so now i have a working torch again. A lot of time spent, and a very happy customer.

The boys there were fantastic. Hard to find battery for my Mercedes was never a hard one to solve.done & sorted on the spot same day! Highly recommended.

Needed a new battery for my car, apparently my american car has an unusual type of battery. I tried multiple stores everywhere told me they could order it in but no one had it in stock. Not only did I find what I needed I got it cheaper than quoted everywhere else. They had my car ready to go in 15 minutes. Extremely pleased with service and highly reccomend.
