Took phone in to check wifi/Bluetooth fault. Staff ran tests and concluded that phone needed replacing. Left the store with brand new phone. Thanks to Genius bar staff for your great customer service.

Disappointed with the customer service of the staff at the Chermside Apple Store - the Genius Bar were unorganised and the support/advice I received was not helpful at all. Unfortunately, I left without repairs to my device and felt displeased with my experience.

I've spent so much money with apple over the years your service and being so deceitful is not going down well with me, you have lost me for good that's 50k less a year for you now.

The service today was bullcr@p four hour drive to be sent back home with a device doing the same thing agin.

Well done apple you clowns.

Came in for a free battery replacement due to manufacturing fault, ended up being charged out of my own pocket.

Too busy for my liking. Once I went early to avoid the rush. Apparently you have to have a booking to get in early - good luck. I'd suggest buy online.

The staff act as though they're your best buddies until they realise you're not there to spend money, then you'll be shifted around to different staff members like a hot potato.

While it seems as though there's comprehensive and strict company policy in place, and not all problems can be solved in a way that pleases all parties, I don't feel as though it's too much to expect basic & empathetic customer service.

These guys did a very quick repair for me while I was travelling up the east coast last year which I will be forever grateful for. Big shoutout to a lovely guy called David as well. All staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful, but he really went the extra mile.

I'm an Apple fan, am prepared to pay the premium price for their products, but tire of the average service from the Chermside store.
Wanted a battery replaced under the current program, made a Genius Bar appointment but was then asked to contact chat. Long story short, no stock of batteries and went onto a waiting list and cancelled the appointment. When it came in, fronted up and found they would not do it due to a small chip in the bottom of the screen. (Not shattered or overly damaged, and not where they needed to lift it) So, asked to cough up another $180 for a new screen or take it away. Was happy for them to 'attempt' a repair and accept the risk myself - wouldn't do that either.
Certainly felt like I was being milked for some extra funds. Happy ending though, as another Authorised service centre repaired it 100% with no damage.

Love this store, buy all my Apple products from here yesterday on the 1st of April the lovely girl at the door at something like 2: 40 was great would recommend

Arrived early for a genius bar booking which was made with ease via the Apple website. Arrived ~4.30pm for a 4.45pm, checked in with staff and waited in the requested seat.

4.45pm came and went. ~5.20pm I checked with staff to make sure I hadn't been overlooked. Staff member was helpful and honest reporting that my booking had since been cancelled. They escalated to other staff and I was seen by Richard within a few minutes following.

All staff were very apologetic and sincere. The store manager got word of what had happened and had my faulty phone replaced with a new unit and also upgraded to a generation newer, all at no cost to apologise again.

The time I waited very was poor, but the apology was outstanding, beyond anything I would have expected. Most of all, staff were apologetic, sincere and honest about it when asked.

Store is always busy but the staff are absolutely great - always going above and beyond to help out. Good range of accessories to showcase the brand. Definitely need a Genius Bar appointment due to the amount of people showing up without pre-booking.

Apple Store Chermside is a joke! I had a technical issue with my Macbook Pro so booked Genius Bar appointment. I was not able to charge the battery, I could only turn my Macbook on when battery was disconnected. From the very beginning staff members treated me with ignorance and arrogance. I was told my Macbook Pro is „too old” (late 2012) so it does not make sense to repair it as it would be too expensive. The suggestion was to discard it and get new full priced unit from the shelf. They kept my Macbook for one day. After they returned it back, I am not able to use it at all. I was able to use it without battery before repair and now all I can do is just to put it in the bin! What a joke? ! I am NOT going to pay $3000 for new Macbook Pro. I used to be a big fan of Apple (Macbook, Iphone, Ipad, TV etc.) but it is enough. You have just lost a loyal customer. Shame on you Apple.
