Too busy, not able to get served. Too long a wait too expensive.
They need to reappraise how they look after potential customers and improve service.

Big and clean. Plenty of car parking spaces. Plenty of restaurants and food outlets that will surely satisfy the most decerning of taste.

Quick service, was able to get my phone screen replaced in 1 1/2 hours. No charge as under warranty.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Went to buy an ipad, the lady staff initially gave wrong information about what's included in box, on top of this she didn't apologize rather showed attitude.busy place, no offers, tired staff, they won't explain you until you ask. All they are interested is if you are buying the product or not. Being a shopping mall, it has ample parking, toilets etc. Avoid this store though.

Went to see the iPhone Xs today.

First experience - my son bought an iPod, staff were friendly and helpful.

Second experience - busy and extremely unfriendly. Male staff member was terribly rude and almost drove my sister to tears. However, a kind and helpful lady helped my son by his first iPhone!

Apple products are way too expensive for what they are. Samsung has better technology and the products are better. The staff were great.

Over flowing with genii all eager to please. An issue after inadvertently upgrading to macOS Mojavé; needed to be reversed. Saw tech who diagnosed the next step by 9: 30am.picked up fully cleaned and just like new just after 1: 30pm. Very happy customer.

Tried to get a replacement battery, they made it really difficult and refused it in the end. I was suggested to purchase a new phone. I had to take it to online support to have some help.

Typical Apple arrogance. Make sit and wait for 10-20 minutes front store bench, just to pick up a repaired phone.

Went into the store today to purchase a new case because mine had split. I was approached by a awesome guy whom said he would talk to his supervisor about my case. On returning he said he would replace it as it shouldn’t have split.
I didn’t expect it to be replace and am so grateful for the amazing service of this guy and this store.

Staff are friendly and welcoming, and are happy to help with whatever issue you may be facing or if you want to buy a product. I recommend coming here if you want to buy an Apple product or if you need advice and help with an Apple product.

Employees need to learn to listen to what the customer has to say when they take their phone in for a repair or to get something sorted before telling the customer “I’m sure your phone is fine” and giving the customer “you’re just stupid” look. Not very happy with the staff in general. But I’ve had a couple of really good people help me when I got a screen protector done.

I think Apple needs to pick up its game a bit here. The tuition session was very quickly done and very little help given. Dont invite people to the event if you dont want to lend a hand. Sorry to have put you out with my questions?

Such a hit and miss experience - had my watch replaced under warranty after waiting in store for 40 mins past my appointment time as the customer service agent forgot to tell someone I was waiting. Sat there and watched lots of people come in after me and get served before me. Second time I went in with a crack on my iphone 8 plus screen (single hairline crack covered under Apple's warranty) - was told that it was just a very deep scratch and that I should just live with it!

I recently rang Apple Chermside with a problem and got a call back from Alan we arranged for a follow up call the next day. After listening to my problem Alan asked me to come into the store at my convenience.
Once in the store l was seen to straight away
although l asked some difficult questions l was treated with respect given honest answers very impressed.
