I recently phoned to make an appointment to see a doctor via telehealth. The receptionist answered telling me unless i had symptoms of coronavirus i could not use the service. I got the feeling she didn't want to help and is deliberately not wanting to put patients through for her own selfish reasons. However i still got an appointment as i was able to do it through the website with no issues whatsoever. I just hope she is not doing this to vulnerable people like the elderly who can easily believe such lies. She has more of a bloke's voice than a woman's voice. Disgusting service.

They rejected me to see the doctor as I had cough even my COVID test result is NEGTIVE, unless I pay for $75. Been told it is due to COVID related policy. I called COVID hotline and been told that GOVERNMENT doesn't has such rule. I understand it is the choice of this center but it really, really hurts.

Tears, tears, tears. And disbelief. We have been taking our children here for some time and i am sorry to say i just had to write this review. I am extremely disappointed with this medical center. My child had signs of a fever the other day. Aware of the current procedure regarding COVID19 we went and had him tested to exclude it before we went to the doctors. The results came in negative. We took our child for a check up and were still refused treatment with the explanation " he still has symptoms" and were directed to instead go to hospital emergency. Can someone explain how this makes sense. These so called medical practitioners have forgotten their Hippocratic vow. If we do not need them when we are sick then why on earth would we need them when we are not. I would implore everyone to stay away from this practice for they are obviously missing a key and crucial element that follows medical - that would be CARE

I do not recommend the use of the Tele Health appointment system. It is very poorly managed at this centre. I have waited nearly 2 hours since my booked appointment (which was 20 minutes after they open) and still haven’t received a call from a doctor. When I rang the centre to ask why they told me that they don’t do appointments and walk in customers get priority despite me being able to book an appointment online and the doctor at the centre recommending the service.

Had 8.00am app waited till 8.20 asked for usual script made me sit there and take blood and urine tests, late for work, this practice has long been known as a last resort, i wouldn't recommend going here.

The worst doctors ever. Dr Sylvia Thomson is way past her used by date. Terrible doctor, doesn’t listen, talks over you and has a awful bedside manner. Dr John Cuscak is also hopeless. Saw him the last time I was there. Had a shocking virus which he said was viral, my throat was so sore I could hardly swallow and my glands were huge. Still not feeling better after almost 3 days so went to another doctor (not there) was put on antibiotics and was feeling better within a couple of days. Where do some of these doctors get their degrees from? A cereal box.

Fantastic reception staff. Generally very quick to see a doctor, but when busy only have to wait about an hour. Doctors are great and take care to really listen.

Refusal to sign over medical records so i can see new doctor. Girls at front reception great waiting times terrible.

I was anxious about visiting this practice after seeing all the bad reviews. But it was the only option at Wollongong on Sunday afternoon. I was really happy with the experience! The wait was only 15 mins despite lots of people waiting. The receptionist Louise was really friendly and the doctor was professional and gave high quality treatment and advice for my baby.

Been begging for a referral, which i am entitled to, to see a physio and have it covered under medicare to no avail.up to my 3rd doctor, same tests done, same results, same answer: go to physio, can i have a referral so i can access medicare: no.it is what they keep telling me i need to do, what i would love to do, but cannot afford to do, even tho there is the option i am fully entitled to, so i can have it treated.im in pain, not looking for any pain relief, willing to go through painful tests to prove theres something wrong.cannot get help with treatment, have to find another place to go.just for a single piece of paper.

I've been a patient here for well over a decade and have found the doctors, staff and services very good.
Sure, there are times where when you will have to wait but the very nature of the service should tell you this will happen. Unless you have a booking it generally operates on a first come, first served basis.
You will note signage in the waiting area that clearly spells this out (in several languages) and also that patients with emergency conditions will be given priority.
Most people can self evaluate the seriousness of their condition and report to Hospital emergency directly.
