No hesitation in recommending Dr Shannon, as well as all the staff. Extremely patient with nervousness around needles, pain relief and general anxiousness. Everything was explained clearly and in plain English, the questions I asked were probably silly, but they were listened to and addressed. Thankyou for making the process a calm, settled and understood one.

I cannot recommend Dr Shannon enough! He was extremely helpful throughout the whole treatment and answered every concern I had.

Received FRAXL laser for scarring and did not see ANY improvement, still have not, admitted even by the doctors. Did not receive $800 refund for no results, was then pushed into another laser treatment after that for $200 with promises it would be better and once again received no improvement. At my follow up session was simply told 'oh well atleast it didn't do any permanent damage'. DO NOT go to this dermatologist. Waste of time and money. Greedy.

Horrible experience with dr. Shannon. Showed an extreme inability to listen and refused me treatment that have worked before as he diagnosed me differently to every other doctor. When I calmly told him this he became extremely reactive and showed me the door without explaining why. Child like behaviour

I attended Dr Jack Shannon, s rooms recently. I was extremely satisfied with my treatment. He is a gentleman and carried out my treatment in a professional manner coupled with compassion and dignity. At all times he was accompanied by his nurse. The result in the care and treatment given to me is extremely satisfactory. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Jack Shannon.

I took my young son there for treatment, he was so good that once treatment was received, and worked, we have never had to go back. I looked at the bad reviews and I have to say that if I went there so closed minded and had already diagnosed my son and pick my own preferred treatment, I would expect to have been shown the door too!
