Dr Shannon was lovely. Kind, straight forward and helpful. He did not suggest I do further tests as he was sure of my diagnosis. A knowledgeable and empathic doctor. His medical assistant as well as the office staff were also very helpful and kind.

Dr Shannon was always receptive to my feelings/feedback in the process of clearing my acne. He was also thoughtful and kind, and included me in the decision-making process each step of the way.

My son has been seeing Dr Shannon for the last 9 months as he had bad acne. As I teenager he was very insecure and worried about his appearance, but dr Shannon reassured hi and prescribed a treatment for him that has helped tremendously.
He has always addressed our concerns and worries, he has always been professional and welcoming.
I have no hesitation recommending him to anyone who needs a skin specialist.

Upon receiving my blood tests, I was informed of another health issue that was unrelated to my skin and he even went as far as to treat and write scripts to help me with that, for which I am over the moon about.

Absolutely thrilled with the treatment received by Dr. Shannon. I had developed quite a severe skin condition in a short amount of time that was not responding to treatment prescribed by my GP. Dr. Shannon explored different options to find a suitable treatment and I am thrilled to say we found one that is working. Dr. Shannon is patient and listens to my concerns and addresses all questions I have (and there's a lot) so that I feel comfortable and understand the treatment process. His management of my expectations is also helpful as without persistence I would not be seeing the results I am seeing. Could not recommend highly enough.

After having persistent acne for about 14 years and having had multiple dermatology appointments where they refused to assist because my skin 'wasn't bad enough and to just go on the pill' I finally found Dr Shannon. He understood that I had tried everything and had no results and that it was affecting my ability to live a happy and normal life. He has been kind, understanding and helpful from day one and answered any questions and addressed any concerns that I've had. I have been a long term sufferer of a severe skin condition.
After seeing multiple Dermatologists over the years I finally found Dr Jack Shannon almost 10 years ago now.
Jack was the first skin specialist that was able to get my condition under control and give me back a normal life. I attend his clinic weekly for injections and cannot recommend him highly enough.
His concern for his patients is very apparent. I even received a phone call one Christmas Eve as he was concerned about my health due to the very strong medications I was on at the time.
I have recommended many people with the same condition to go and see Jack as I did.
I hope you never need a Dermatologist but if you do this is the one to visit.
