Closed due to the haze, which is understandable, except they didn't bother putting up a notice anywhere but on the actual door. Online it said it was open. I and at least a dozen other people needlessly exposed ourselves to the fumes from the fire. When I rang access Canberra, the representative was rude, unhelpful, unsympathetic, and essentially called me a liar.
Access Canberra lost my WWVP paperwork twice! After taking the day off work to go in and renew my WWVP card, they said I should expect my card in three weeks. 6 weeks later I get an email saying that I didn't complete the paperwork properly. I then rang access canberra and got through to someone after an hour on hold. The person over the phone said they didn't receive the paperwork they required.how could that be when the teller fills it out for you? !? !? !? !
They then send me an email with a consent form and ask for some id, which I happily sent. Again they said three weeks. ANOTHER 5 weeks later, no card, I follow up by replying to my initial email with my paperwork attached and nothing. A MONTH passes and they ask for the missing paperwork!? !? !? !? ! Seriously? !? !? !? !
My "My Way"card has expired apparently with a $40 credit. I was advised that the card cannot be reactivated and I have to buy a new one. "Computer says no". This is pathetic service fro ACT Government.
I have been waiting a month for my refund on my canceled rego!
29th of October was when I canceled it!

Access Canberra officially says that any piece of technology that they use or require the public to use is not their responsibility. If it's broken, catch hold of the people who made it.
The staff were really helpful and I was in and out in a few minutes with my driving test booked. If you're concerned about speed try to avoid busy hours, I came in at 9am and there was hardly anyone there at all.
The staffs were very friendly and efficient. The place was clean and tidy. I felt very comfortable with the environment and their five-star service.
A big thumb up for Melissa, I saw her name on her name card when she’s helping me on counter 2 today. She was really nice and helpful to me to get my learning license. The most patient clerk I’ve ever met! Didn’t get a chance to thank her because after I took my photo she walked inside, and I’d like to thank her here!
I went in at 1pm on a Wednesday, so probably not peak time, but I was in and out in 15 minutes. Helpful front desk staff.
Understaff and very slow. Takes forever for your turn. They need to educate the staff for business strategies to serve people faster by keeping the things nice and sweet to the point not by chatting personal stuff (what i heard) specially during peak. Pathetic
