Pushy sales men that push you to sign an agreement when they know you are unhappy with the plans saying ‘that can be changed at prestart’. When you start discussing the changes they add costs left right and centre. Wouldn’t get back to me regarding additions they had made regarding the local design so I did the research myself and they’d added things that weren’t required all for $$&. When questioned about the behaviour and my issues you get ignored and no responses. Told they are all reasonable people but the sale manager refuses to talk to me and the sales rep I was talking to no longer responds. Do not use these guys. Customer service is appalling.

The WA Building Company is to be commended for their great customer service and expertise in their field. We were investigating the option to build via them and Alex, one of their agents, proved to be very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and honest about the whole process. We highly recommend this company.

I’m a single applicant first home buyer. I was a bit worried going into the process by myself. I shopped around with a few other builders to see what my options were and what they could offer me. Alex from WA Building Company was by far the most informative, honest and least pushy. I had other builders asking me to pay a deposit during our first meeting!

Alex helped me pick the right block and even put me through with a Broker who helped me with my finance options. I could tell that he must have really been listening to what I wanted and needed, and put in that extra bit of effort to get to know me; because when I got my plans back, they were better than what I could have imagined.

I can’t fault the service that I’ve experienced, and I’m very thankful to Alex for helping me realise my dreams.

When it came to building my first house I was stressed about the whole experience.
