Moh has done a great job answering all of my questions in a timely manner. He helped me find the perfect block for my home. Signing with WA building company has been a very smooth and enjoyable experience. Make sure you ask for Moh when you are getting started.

Just got keys to our new home built by WABC.
From day one with meeting our sales rep Johnathon, weve had a pretty smooth build. Which we were happy with.
John was super informative and knowledgeable and always willing to help where he could and always with a smile on his face.
We found when we raised questions in regards to anything we always got a response that day by Olivia our Client Liason, and if she didnt have the answers she would always find out for us and genuinely felt like she cared.
Being in the industry we understood that there were going to be delays so our timeline was14 months from slab down to practical completion. Although we hoped it would be sooner we are just happy we are in before Christmas!
Workmanship overall has been good and anything we saw along the way that wasn't up to standard, we questioned a nd it was rectified.

Now we can enjoy our new home for the Christmas break.

I recently moved into my new house built with WA Building. Hasib was exceptional I'm thoroughly impressed, he did his best to find a land and house package that I wanted. His expertise, professionalism, and friendly approach made the entire process seamless. The team was great! I highly recommend their services.

Highly recommend WA Building company. Myself and my husband have been working with David, I was very unsure at the start but felt totally comfortable with David. He worked with us to get everything we wanted in a home for ourselves and our 5 children within our budget. We couldn't be happier and can't recommend David enough, he was easy to deal with, explained everything to us in an easy to understand way and answed all our tough questions. Highly recommend. Don’t build with WABC! (unless you want to wait 4x longer than promised for your home and be out of pocket thousands of dollars). We are over 12 months into construction and have less than 50% of our build completed.

It’s been 22 months since our contract was signed (at which meeting we were advised to expect a 9-month build). Every step of this journey has come with significant delays adding substantial stress and financial pressure. We have encountered delays due to a lack of proactive planning and problem-solving. It is disheartening to witness the disregard for scheduling and the continuous addition of further delays without any evident effort to prevent or mitigate them.

Equally distressing is the WABC’s tendency to shift blame onto external factors such as suppliers, trades, and even the government. It is inconceivable to me that other building companies are successfully completing homes in less than 10 months, while we are subjected to perpetual postponements and excuses.

The most FRUSTRATING part of this is that WABC are advertising 12-month build guarantees for new customers. I’m sorry what? ! Where’s the prioritisation for existing customers…

We won’t be recommending WABC to friends and family.

I came into our building process not wanting to do it at all! After meeting with Moh & WA Building Company its safe to say he's fixed every concern I ever had. Moh has been more than attentive to our house process, making sure we're well informed on our decisions and pushing for us to get the best we can! Finally feels like someone is fighting for buyers in this crazy house market. Can't recommend what the company offers & Moh high enough!

I had a really positive building experience with WA Building Company. I am really happy with the quality of the build and I feel fortunate that they were the company I selected to build my first home. The team were very professional and easy to talk to, I felt well informed throughout the building process and it was easy to get in contact if I needed to.

In particular I wanted to thank Raf for his support in finding the perfect block and for guiding me through the process of building my home. I genuinely wouldn't have found the block that I chose without his help!

The sales team are very good. However they leave out very important information about them having a minimum 3 month "scheduling" period before they even touch the ground.

All through the sales process including the contract signing they are telling you a 9 to 12 month build time from pad down.

All of it is a lie unless you are north of the river building.

We are currently 7 months from slab down and nearly over 10 months from settlement and all that has been completed is plate height. We have waited 5 months for a roof frame to be delivered and it is still not installed even though they updated their portal stating "your roof frame has been installed". The materials are still sitting on the ground.

When you see other WABC builds flying up and ask the question you are met with "back end of the boom" excuses and that the trades are not willing to travel for work etc.

If you are in the position to choose another builder I would recommend you do so.

I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to thank the WA Building company and specifically Moh for the exceptional service he has provided to me during the planning and design process. I would highly recommend not only WA building but Moh to anyone looking to build a property. Moh has gone out of his way to provide me with the information I needed and went above and beyond on numerous occasions answering my questions. Moh, you are a legend. Thanks Lee

Building with WABC has been so difficult. The lack of communication, poor quality workmanship, we were made financially accountable for their mistakes during the floor planning and build - we had to quote from deep in our contract for the company to finally take some financial responsibility. The construction supervisor was patronising and tried intimidation techniques during PCI. Horrible. We were told by trades that they werent being paid enough so quality of work was slipping. Now trying to get maintenance done and it's a nightmare all over again. Do not build with this company

Just had our key handover just before Xmas which was great. Our sales consultant was Anthony Ferguson whom we really liked from the start as he was so helpful, genuine, always there to answer all your queries and just easy to talk to.
There was always a few dramas and delays to deawith which of course was so frustrating but any issue we raised with them was rectified in the end.
Always received an email every fortnight to update us despite all the delays which I thought was great.
Communication was pretty spot on!
Very happy with the home and quality of the build.
Also have to throw in that we got a professional painter in and he told us that he hasn't painted a house in a long time where the walls were so smooth and straight where he hardly had to patch up to paint. So credit to the wall plasterers, they did a brilliant job! If we ever had to build again, it would definitely be with WA Building Company, that’s for sure.
Very happy with our build considering all the chaos with Covid, lack of tradies etc and have to mention too that we never received a price rise like many others have with other builders.

We built through WA Building company and couldn't be happier, Jacob di Lena went above and beyond for us and was awesome to deal with. Considering the current building climate at the moment our house was build really quick, no issues and no price increases. Every one has been super friendly to deal with and give timely responses to any questions. Highly recommend.
