Great builder to deal with. Amazing people from sales rep to supervisor and everyone in between. Cant be happier with the built and the service and communication!

Raf Rafatee was my first point of contact as my Finance and Building Consultant, and I could not fault him at all. He explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and has been easily contactable throughout my experience.
From start to finish my build took just over 18 months, which I was prepared for, given the recent material and labour shortages everyone has been going through. I was always made aware of any delays and the build didn’t cost me one cent extra, as originally agreed.
Hayley Scates was my Prestart Consultant who also went through everything in detail with me with regard to choosing various fixtures and fittings etc. One issue that arose was my bench top choice was going to be discontinued, so I had to pick another. However it was a pleasant surprise to see upon my many visits to the house during the build, that my original bench top choice had been put in. Happy days!
Jessica Wright/Georgia Hondris were my Client Liaisons, who gave me fortnightly updates on the progress of the build. Both of which were easily contactable to provide any further information required throughout the process.
My Site Supervisor was Matt Mundy who’s attention to detail is brilliant and certainly not something you see a lot of. He really made me feel at ease during my 1st Practical Completion Inspection, as he was the first one to pick fault with anything he felt needed changing before key hand over.
I thought it would be important to write this review about my experience, as I’m aware of a lot of negative horror stories floating around about building houses. The reputation of a lot of companies would suffering due to this and for some it’s not fair to be tied with the same brush as some of the cowboys out there.
My house is perfect (as far as I can tell) and WA Building Company are still approachable with any issues or queries I have.
Could not recommend them enough.

The service I have received so far in building my home has been excellent. Each call with Daniel and WA Building Company was informative and easily understood. I was able to feel comfortable in my choices moving forward because of the time and consideration that was given. Looking forward to the rest of the process!

If I could give it zero stars I would.
Staff fail to provide accurate and honest communications.
They have over committed and are not able to complete the builders they signed up in 2021 yet are able to complete the new builds which have been signed up in 2022.

I have now been in my house built by WA building company for over one year. I’m very happy with my house and the assistance I’ve had from the start all the way to a year after building. If you are looking to build I highly recommend Sawleigh as your sales consultant. He is with you from start to finish (and even after handover). Sawleigh has made my building journey much less stressful and it was awesome to always have someone willing to listen and help.
When you build mistakes happen, but WA building company was always ready to fix them straight away and were very willing to solve any issues. I can’t recommend WA building enough.

Jacob Di Lena has been our main consultant from the start of our build and we’ve had a wonderful experience start to finish. We can’t thank Jacob enough for his honesty, knowledge and going above and beyond to answer any questions and make it a smooth process through out. We used WA Building Company to build our first Investment Property. Straight from the outset the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the initial design and concept phase went quickly and smoothly. In the blink of an eye contracts were signed and we were completing our prestart meeting and the ball was well and truly rolling. In the present climate we knew things were not going to be as quick as normal but WA Building kept us informed all the way and the promise of keys before xmas was met with our handover being completed yesterday. From the first meeting we knew we had picked a good Building Company and i would recommend WA Building Company to anyone building a new home, a professional company from start to finish. Our thanks go to Dave and all the WA Building Company team involved in our build, you took the stress out of everything and made our investment a reality.

We are in the process of building with WA building company. We have been working alongside Hasib and he's been nothing but helpful and professional. Thank you Hasib, we can't wait for our finished build. Delays at the moment are a little frustrating, but WA building company have been very upfront, honest and explained the process to us. WA Building Company have really come through for me, especially considering how much of a tough time the industry as a whole is having. Have thoroughly enjoyed the process of my first build. My salesperson Jacob was a pleasure to work with.

The all building process was just amazing, from the start when I was dealing with Alex from the sales team to the end when i got the key from Jessica.
Alex was very helpful and friendly with a lot of knowledge, after a few minutes of talking with him and telling him what I like from a house and where and what size land I got he said to me “I got the perfect house for you” and when he show me the plan was actually more then perfect in all aspects.moving forward to the next stage, Amy was just another amazing person that I was dealing with at the pre-start, very friendly and with all the necessary knowledge that requires, the girls from admin (Tayla, Mylah and Jessica) were the icing on the cake with keeping us inform on fortnightly bases with all the steps in the building process.
The site manager Dean was nothing by perfection, anything that was not 100% perfect he was getting his crew to rectify and he just managed to build a beautiful house.
Very trustworthy company and team to deal with, what they were promising in day one they delivered and were no hidden costs or any price increase like others, house was ready before the D day.
I will use them again when opportunity arises and I will highly recommend them to everyone

Given I am a first home buyer, I was both anxious and nervous about what was required and the relevant steps and timings. My initial and subsequent meeting with Jono (Johnathan Ross) immediately put me at ease. His ability to deliver the information in plain and simple English made it so much easier to understand which direction I should take, and what would be involved. Jono was extremely thorough, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, to the point where I decided to not even consider talking to any other builders. Looking forward to now building my first home with WA Building Company, they come with my highest recommendation.

We build a house with this company, the team was amazing.when I had some questions, Anthony explained us clearly and kindly even weekend.he replied so quick.we did prestart with Amy who suggested and gave us many ideas which were so helpful.

I met with Jonno regarding wanting to build my own home. He was super professional and realistic about everything and was always transparent. When finalising the structure of the home before it being sent off I was able to get everything I needed and wanted and still be able to have it under budget. WA is such an awesome local company that did awesome job for my house. All the staff that involved during the process till I the day that I had to leave my rent and I was desperately to find a place to live with my three young children. Yeah my landlord could not wait any longer or they would increase the rent cost which I wouldn’t afford at all. It was an awful time for us. My house was 8 weeks apart for I could move in but they let me in earlier after two days I was losing my hopes looking for place and we think that we will ended up sleep in the car. Friday morning I was sat down on and feeling so depressed then the WA building supervisor called me with a good news that they will let me in earlier and the Monday we did the induction. Thank you very much indeed everyone involved. Happy Christmas and Godbless.

The team were fantastic! From the beginning when we were just dreaming about our new home to getting the key, the team at WA Building Company made every step easy for us.

Considering all the extensive delays in the industry our beautiful home was built on-time, nothing was overpromised. Communication was fantastic and we were always kept up-to-date with the progress of it all.

We are using them for the design & construction of a purpose-built NDIS dwelling. They have gone out of their way to meet our needs. Their staff are quite friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable.
