70We were only here because everything else was closed. Next time, we know not to come even if nothing else is open.
This is a MUST NOT go restaurant as one of the waiter provides absolutely terrible customer service. An Asian guy with white shirt today has served us, starting from taking order to serving us food. He has a really bad temper and presented a terribly negative attitude towards customers. If you don’t want to have your day being ruined, don’t come here. There’s more vibrant restaurants around this location.
Worst customer service by lady with pink hair. Didn’t let us decide what food we wanted and started shouting suggestions we MUST have.
Basically gave us the food she wanted, until we insisted that it wasn’t what we wanted. Not hospitable and felt like we were not welcomed.
Food was okay- but the customer service just ruined it.

The staff are extremely rude. Especially the Chinese guy with a white suit, feel like I owe him everything, I politely requested a refill and even handed him the pot to make it easier for him, but he just stared at me without saying anything. And suddenly told me to put it on the table rudely, He was saying "How can I get it if you holding it? ". Where is the legit of this question? Was trying to make things easier and trying to make him easier to reach the pot. I was calm at that point and he came back with the pot and said "water" just one word with a rude attitude. This really makes me upset and disappointed. Is this the right way to treat the customers? And they will treat you differently if you're Asian.
I will never go back to this restaurant again. This is the worst restaurant in Perth. Will not recommend you to go cause the service is terrible and the food is overpriced.
PS. 1hr waiting time for food is standard.
Been served by a lady with red hair, I never been treated like that, she's been so rude. I will never go there again.
Very rude staff, literally shouting at us. Staring at us with so much disgust, love the food but extremely disappointed. Great customer service DOES NOT COST YOU A THING! Treat all your customers with respect.
It's a real shame because the food was actually decent but our whole experience here was ruined by the rudest owner I have ever encountered who aggressively made us pay the bill while we still had food in our mouths. We had barely tasted the food before she was out harassing us to pay up. Awful person to deal with.

The staff with red short hair was very rude.she brought wrong drink so i told her what i ordered but she was angry at me and didn't bring the right one.including this, she was being rude at all time.
I ordered SALTED FISH EGG PLANT TO THE WAITRESS! And THEY BROUGHT EGG PLANT WITH MINCE MEAT! THIS IS HORIBBLE! Why dont u just tell the truth that u dont have the salted fish one! Big scam! Wont recommend this place
Rude, threw menus at the table, also disrespectful to customer service very rude don’t recommend at all.
Was a fan of Uncle Billy's. It was our go to place on China Town. But during the last two visits (last Saturday and yesterday night) saw a new olderly lady taking orders and she is rude.
Yesterday we were there and had to walk out because of her rude behaviour and talking. Please learn some basic customer service. Owners please take note of her and take some action else for sure you are going to lose some business.

Very aggressive and rude behaviour. We changed the table due to cold weather from outside. The owner himself made bad comments with attitude which was very disappointing. We have been going there for last 5 years. But the cooking quality and customer service deteriorated drastically over time.
Been coming here at least 2 to 3 times a month for many, many years but lately the price has gotten very expensive (paid $105 for 3 dishes and a couple of small entrees, no drinks) food portion size has gone noticeably smaller and the service is terribly rude and they will not fix something they have got wrong. Sad to say i won't be going back for a long time. Introduced many clients, family and friends here but will now find a different restaurant instead. Not worth it anymore.
Terrible service and food too was not tasty. Even when serving food it is literally thrown on the table instead of placing it gently. Never again coming here. Billy Lee across the other side is way better. Food is exceptional even on busy days.
Waited ages for the meal then when it finally arrived our mains came before the starters, asked why and they said sorry we are busy.staff didn't care really poor attitude. King Prawns were tiny and more batter than anything. All in all a very average experience. Would not go back.

Takeaway experience, spring rolls and wontons from frozen food dept.fried noodles with shredded chicken and pork, very little meat and use of 2 minute noodles.
Will not spend there again.
Please check your bill every single time you go to this place. I didn't have tea but was charged for the same. Similarly, we had a small portion of entrée but was charged for a large portion (happened to me thrice). Not sure if this place is doing this regularly because most of their customers generally are drunk.
The food was ok but it took an hour to come (the restaurant was not busy at all at that time. Some tables came after me but still got the food first. We want to cancel the food bc it took too long but the manager yelled at us that the food is coming and they alr made it. (Took an hour)
The waiter was also super rude and attitude to customers. He didn’t even say thank you or smile.
