76 Came here at 2PM and was told it would be an hour and a a half walk in wait. I found online an apt with Dr Aris for 2: 50PM. It is now 3: 50PN and I am waiting outside his office as directed and he’s just sat there on his computer with his door open after his other patient left 15 minutes ago. I would have left ages ago had I had an appointment with my regular GP at Palm Springs Medical.
This place is atrocious and poor time management skills by the doctors.
Edit** its now 4: 02 and I’m still bloody waiting!
Update, it is now 4: 10 PM and am still waiting for Dr Aris to come out for my TWO FIFTY PM appointment.
Another update, it is 4: 20PM and am still waiting on Dr Aris.
It’s now 4: 30 PM and i’m still waiting!
What the hell has happened? I used to get service within half an hour, or first available Dr. So I go in to get results and every time they say hour n half, thought patient service was great before? The grumpy girl on the desk she was not a customer favourite for sure, if u dont like ur job get another one: - (
Maybe u should explain why and everyone will understand.but to say nothing? Change is fine as long as u let people know why!
The wait is long due to the flu vaccine at this time of the year. But as always great service by all staff especially kirsty and the receptionist who both worked thru there lunch break time
Dr Clement Dadau has attended to my medical needs for the last year and has been thorough, supportive and understanding. A wonderful caring doctor whom I highly recommend.
Was seen by doctor really quickly. Didnt wait that long for xray all things considered.the treatment room however. I felt like christmas would come quicker then us being seen! Alot of people walking out as the wait was ridiculous. Was beyond a joke. I have myself worked in a treatment clinic and I understand how things can be. But this wait was ridiculous. Either hire more nurses during peak periods or train your staff to have better time management!
Reception is great, as for the doctors are rude, difficult to talk too not to mention arrogant and don't give a sh! About you just sign your paperwork so they can get paid and get you out, save yourself time if you have serious issues this place is hopeless considering I have been there twice and not even check out at all just referrals and told what the test result where with nothing on what actions to be tacken, hopeless and worst place I have ever visited
My experience has been very positive and I would not hesitate to recommend to a friend. Suggest that those who want a particular doctor go to the trouble of booking online - very little waiting time and you get the doctor you want. First class.
Experienced this first time Rude reception staff on Sunday, Patient arrived after us seen way more earlier while we have waited nearly 90 mins for our turn.
This practice is too big, there is little personal service and you are out on a conveyor belt and sometimes forgotten about.
Some of the staff are very rude and the charges for services are high.
I'm a visitor to Australia and feel I have had a very negative experience even though I'm paying for everything.
They only have a few doctor's who listen and actually do their work thoroughly. But even then they are hard to get into. They recommend to not book an appointment, to "just come in and be put on the doctors list" yet the doctor gets fully booked and they should've booked an appointment when you requested it. Other doctors are dismissive of infections, rude and condescending even to those who also work in the medical field.
They have pretty good service here but I do notice they are getting busier and busier. The doctors are great and I notice they have also gone to a booking appointment system due to heavy requests for appointments. Maybe consideration could be given to employing more reception people to cater or another Doctor or both.
I'm sick of waiting forever. If you book an appointment at a certain time it is up to them to be on time and deliver- no other business could get away with making people wait for so long. If you've booked a ten minute appointment and take half an hour, it's up to the doctor to tell them that their time is up. Others shouldn't have to suffer.
I had a boil lanced at my normal doctor but had to go here on the weekend to get the packing and dressing changed, i felt like the nursed was judging me about my weight and when she pulled off the old dressing she ripped it off roughly and i found her very rude she wasnt gentle at all if i could have gotten into my normal dr earlier then i wouldnt have gone here at all and i wont be going here again in the future.
Joan from western diagnostic pathology, has taken my blood numerous times, 100% would go to her EVERYTIME, she makes me feel calm and relaxed she is so professional and caring!
Friendly and helpful reception, awesome doctors. Like that you can now book appointments online and also their long opening hours. Haven't had an issue here
Booked an appointment online thinking it would be quicker yet still waiting an hour. Never again. Was told there were two people before us and yet many are going in. Not good enough.
