Efficient practice with capable people, Nurses Clinitians and Doctors are great. The system for operating the front desk has changed. At many times it is too understaffed to answer calls. Lines at reception are often long and can slow the booking in or appointment making processes very slow. When you get to the desk the people are great and things proceed well from that point on.

Very poor customer service, very rude and dismissive. Does not meet the bear minimum of compassion from a medical centre.

Very happy with the Care my husband receives. There has been a lot of great changes to this practice

We find Rockingham medical centre to be very professional excellent service & very highly regarded by our hole family.

My son and I have been attending Rockingham Medical Centre for many years. The staff, Doctors, nurses, pathology and imaging services have always been been extremely professional and helpful. Dr Day is wonderful, he is very kind and very understanding of your needs and takes his time explaining your issues so you fully understand your situation. Making appointments is easy and the mobile app is also great and very easy to use. I highly recommend this Medical practice for all your medical needs.

Dr. Singh is quite easily the best doctor in the area! Although it’s hard to get an appointment with her on last notice, that just proves how awesome she is.

Staff and doctors are fabulous would highly recommend this medical centre to all my family & friends

The girls behind the counter here are Absolutely Useless, AVOID THIS MEDICAL CENTRE LIKE THE PLAGUE
Evidently Dr Carmichael Patu also is useless, having referred me to the Wrong Specialist now. What do the doctors in this centre get paid for?

I have already found a new doctor in Rockingham suburbs who is worth seeing.

I don't understand the grumbles about the receptionists as I found the receptionists lovely when I was undergoing a mental health crisis. One receptionist is gruff but seems pretty good when you speak to her and was awesome when I was in tears over the phone due to awful treatment from Rockingham emergency department.
The GP I see (Dr Avilles) is thorough and efficient but very firm which is what I need. Overall, if you are organised and BOOK your appointment, I find there is really no issue with the service.

Was supposed to be called at 2pm by my doctor. Never got a call tried calling the centre and they hung up on me everytime didn't even answer the phone just keept me on hold and hung it up. They're useless.

Worst clinic in the world to go to. Thought I'd give this clinic another try after my last bad experience. Nothing had changed. Long wait times even when you use their book in sevice. Doctors don't follow up properly resulting in return appointments for something that could have been handled in the first appointment. Front staff don't really care and look stressed out. Honestly you would get better health care at any other clinic than this one. Social distancing is out the window. Won't be back.

Absolutely disgusted with this place. Took my husband to get his ankle x rayed, the doctor said it should have a support bandage and he wanted to see the x ray incase it had a break.
The lady at the x ray said he would get the results tomorrow and no support bandage. What the hell. It could be broken. He had to use a walking stick and he's not old. Even if he got a bandage for support it would have helped. I had one in the first aid box luckily
Also the ladies at the reception in xray are just so rude the way they speak to people.
Something should be done about this place. Hence one star.

Please answer my question in what fashion would it to tell someone who I sick and is unsure of what going on to go away, to sit in the cold with a 2 year old because one of a vague list of covid symptoms is on a list. Realising how cold and grumpy the receptionist are I’d think they would do the same to a COPD patient who has shortness of breath and most likely 85. The thing that bugs me more is the fact I was out here for a extra 52 minutes for a appointment I booked in advance.

Its alright, they have such a large influx you can't expect a personalised experience. Sometimes long wait sometimes short.

They certainly have won the award 10 years in a row for being the worst medical centre with the worst doctors.not even worthy of being called doctors really!
My husband was seen by Dr Alastair Johnston who prescribed a medication (over the counter mind you, so no records of course) for a sinus condition that completely ruined his nose and nasal passages, he has had to have surgery and nothing has worked. All because this doctor gave the wrong medication. DISGRACEFUL, now my husband has a lifetime of pain and suffering.
I would not allow a sick cane toad into this establishment that is truely how terrible it is.

I find it Ironic that the owners of this business buy out other businesses to shut them permanently in order to push everyone towards this medical centre. It's most likely because they can't earn it by running a decent business in the first place. The service is diabolical. My GP is ok, but i find reception rude. I'll be looking for a new GP if i can find one they haven't already bought out.

Don't come here make it your last option, staff are extremely rude especially the woman who works reception at x-ray counter she is really aggressive cuts you off while your talking she needs re training in how to talk to people.

If I could give zero stars I would. Reception is rude. Doctors are rude. I had mastitis and needed antibiotics. They refused to see me because of my hot/cold fever. Told me that they also will not see me because I had not been there in over a year. Told me to go to the hospital. Hospital told me it would be a 6 hour wait because it was not an emergency. By the time i got into my normal doctor it had evolved into severe mastitis and I had to go to hospital for IV antibiotics. I was extremely sick. Made a complaint to the practice manager, and I got a generic appology hiding behind COVID-19.

I get that things can get busy but to be on hold for 15 min.there's something fundamentally wrong there, need more reception staff i i tyhink

I love my GP but seriously considering going elsewhere. The receptionists are so impersonal and totally lack any customer service skills. You're asked to repeat all your personal details in front of everyone.it's so embarrassing.
