This practice is a joke.
I call up for an appointment, there is apparently none but that are happy to give me a"walk in" appointment for $90.00"
Which is a much higher fee than going to a private GP.
So basically they will lie and tell you all the doctors are completely booked and instead of putting you on a cancellation list, they try over charge for an appointment.
If this practice was completely booked like you say, how can you even promise a walk in appointment? And charge $90.00 for someone having to wait.
Making money off people's misery is a disgusting service.
I will report this to the board
And feel free to call me and justify this

Rockingham Medical Centre - An Absolute joke. Not even worth going there if it was the last resort. Hubby had a telehealth appointment at 6.50PM. No calls until 7.15PM. Tried calling the practise and was told that he was 2nd in the queue. Called again at 7.45 and told he was still 2nd in queue. The practise close at 8 PM, so called in again at 7.55 and got told the doctor tried calling him twice and has left the practise already. Just WOW!

Came here for my flu jab. The ladies at the front were very friendly and I was seen quickly! The process was made very easy. Thanks!

For a trip to the quacks today, I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency, friendliness, and change for the better service that I received. I was there just over an hour had a visit to pathology, nurse treatment and two visits with the doctor. I would like to thank the staff for their professionalism especial the reception, doctor and nursing staff. Thanks again

Thorough attention by Dr. Sutcliffe. I also had my blood test and Flu jab so I didn't have to wait around.

Adele was so nice and welcoming when I came in for my appointment, I would highly recommend this medical centre.

Great Doctor's, amazing staff and up to date facilities. I have been coming to this practice for over10 years now, I'm very pleased to find the right Dr that cares so much for their patient.

Dr Sutcliffe is wonderful, the kind of GP everyone wants. I think I was served by a receptionist named Erin, she was fantastic, I had a lot of things that I needed and she went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. Thanks everyone.

I haven't been to this centre in a while. I've heard they might no longer do walk-ins.
Decide to call up to find out if this is true.

Finally, a medical centre where the chairs don't crak when I sit on them. I also dummped on the floor in the reception and the staff were kind enough to clean it up. My X boyfriend walked in while I was waiting and ditched a bag of my dog's feeces (which he would have kept for at least 2 months since he left) at my head. It was sooo embarrassing but the staff got him out. I wouldn't have been in this medical centre if he didn't give me chlamidiya but it's whatever.

I have been coming here for over 10 years and I'll never come back.
Their incompetence and lack of professionalism has prevented me from having any kind of physio for almost 3 months now! I can't walk, I can't drive, I have a baby and I can barely do anything with her.
I have a new GP and she's been lied to by people here and apparently I've been charged on my care plan, even though I've never had a session here, because I was told it wasn't done and never approved.
Thanks for making life extra difficult.

Medicare won’t pay for a over the phone consult if you haven’t visited the practice within 12 months but they won’t allow you to go in with Covid symptoms.

Doctor Asha has been taking great care of my health and she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient and she is very professional in her approach. Currently she is not available for appointments but I hope I would be able to consult her soon

To bad if you're sick or injured you need to realise, predict and book this 3 days before it actually happens or just suffer in ya jocks for 3 days to book in a Sudanese doctor in Australia! Now you can't even walk in it'll cost ya $80!

Way to put pressure on the hospital emergency department! I went there hoping for help as well but so did 200 other people! What a joke this government and its disturbing systems have become for the people of Australia.

I adore my GP and always feel welcomed by all the reception staff and other staff as well. I never go anywhere else anymore.

Crappest medical centre, the reception staff are the rudest and non helpful people. Been to this centre twice this year, both times stating they have no information in their system that I have been there which is a lie as I have had two appointments there with proof via hotdoc.

Even if you have a history of ashma if you say you have a cough you won't be allowed in, only for a phone consultation.

Great medical staff and receptionists deserve medals for their patience and consideration. Never a long wait if appointment made.
