62 Food was ok and the setting is gorgeous. Very very busy on a Saturday morning and super loud. Took about 20 minutes for coffees to come out. We were told the breakfast would take 20 minutes and after asking 3 times it came out 50 minutes later, some of the meals about 10 minutes later. When I brought this up with management he apology didn't seem sincere and was full of excuses. My advice- When someone is disattisfied, validate them.don't make excuses.
WA has so much to learn when it comes to customer service.
Completely overrated place. Everybody is packed in like sardines, tables are tiny - so much so that you can't fit 2 plates on it, no walking room, no where to stand if you are in line to be seated or to pay the bill, awkward young and inexperienced front of house staff, nobody ever answers the phone, won't accept walk-ins even when tables are free, and the food really is mediocre.
Foodies beware of the hype around the pancakes: it's seriously not worth it. Save yourselves the drive and take an Instagram pic of the pancakes at a different, more deserving business.
