Grand Cinemas Warwick reviews
69Love this place. Hadn't been here for a while now (no excuse) but find it so good for parking for one.
One of the best cinemas in Perth. Cheap tickets (with the Grand Card), the theater rooms themselves are spacious and the seats are comfortable.
1st time I've been in Gold Lounge and it was great. Food, service, movie and sound excellent quality
Clean and tidy. Good shops for snacks and friendly staff. No pre seating choice arrangement offered.
2 massive black lines down the center of screen 4. Couldnt really enjoy the film. Paying like $30 to go to the cinema the screen should at least be in good condition. Unacceptable
Very good cinema. Good service from staff.
Some seats may be old with wear and tear but I think they will upgrade them all with new recliner seats so looking forward to that.
Waited 45 minutes for the movie to start, when I spoke to staff no one could tell me what was happening. Staff just got told me to get a refund. Ruined our family night.
Movie session starts at 10.00 and noted movie length 1 hour and 16 minutes so expected to be out by 11.40 allowing 15 minutes of trailers and ads but no movie finished at 12.06. Next time I am not going in at session time but at least a half an hour later.
Last Friday, after checking the sessions for the movie Yesterday the previous day, a friend and I turned up to the cinema for the 10.15am session, only to be told it had been cancelled, apparently to accommodate busloads of school children. They let a number of people down who turned up for that session. They would have known days beforehand that there would be many students attending the cinema. School excursions take time to be put together. If this is the way management treats people, I find it appalling behaviour.
