Grand Cinemas Warwick reviews
69We booked Gold Class for Chaos walking and the projector was faulty, no refund on our tickets still from march 8th? No reply from emails. Rather disappointing after being a platinum member for years and years.
At last the have upgraded those terrible uncomfortable seats and we really enjoyed the recliners.well done.
Really enjoyed our visit.our local when we lived in Greenwood and haven't been back since, so good to see how is it's all developed. Always likes the accessibility of the eating options within the same complex
Pretty good, limited accessibility for someone in a wheelchair, had to sit in the front couple rows and crane necks as not further back option. Carpets difficult to self propel, not much disabled parking, and unable to go between cinema and dome cafe as no lift- would have to get in car, drive around and park on the other side
Went to gold lounge tonight food was absolutely terrible, everything was burned I ordered a starter, main and a dessert I did not finish any of it. Will be ringing tomorrow to make a proper complaint.
Gold class nice, drinks before hand at the bar. Cinema clean and tidy, chairs comfy. Food service halfway through the movie was good.
Grand Warwick charges support workers an entry fee when their clients, people with disabilities, use their companion card. Shame on you Grand. Support people of companion card holders should not be charged anything. Your actions rip off the disabled and their support workers. How low can you get Grand?
Would maybe have been a good experience if the movie they advertised on the website was actually showing
Went to the megascreen recliner cinema 9 to see rams wow what a lovely comfortable experience. What luxury will recommend to everybody.great value at $13 with grand card
When inside the complex, Grand Cinemas is fantastic. Great movies, comfortable equipment and good food in the Gold Lounge. The problem is getting in and out of the complex. If you require a movement device, the only ramp is way too steep- dangerous even- especially in wet weather. Too easy to fall.
Has had a lot of work done to it in the last 5 years. A much nicer place to go. Good layout.
Management and owners are a bit "in the family" only. - it is family run, and come with those sorts of issues.
Best Cinema in Perth WA, hands down. They've renovated the entire place and if you like gold class tickets you can get them for $25 a pop if you join their Platinum Grand club. Like going to the movies? Look no further.
Friendly staff. Overall good experience. The new recliner lounge is awesome especially for the price.
The seating is up graded with recliners and makes the movie much more enjoyable with this style of comfort. Awesome
Warwick is my main go to for movies. Just had first experience of the recliners which makes more comfortable viewing. It's $4 extra and worth it.
I went in and pre purchased some tickets to Gemini Man in 3D. The tickets cost extra due to being in 3D.
When I showed up they told me I had to pay extra for 3D glasses. Shouldn’t the 3D price include 3D glasses? The female manager on duty wouldn’t listen to logic saying that the extra cost was for recliner seats, even though it says 3D in my tickets. She was not very customer focused and insisted I pay extra. Hoyts offer recliner seats at all sessions at no extra cost! Thanks Grand Warwick for a great experience.
I watched terminator today. I was satisfied to watch that movie with recliner seat. Very comfy! I will go again!
Still a nice spot to bring the kids for a movie. Plenty of food outlets, and of course the shops to stroll through afterwards.
Great complex I really enjoyed seeing the movie we watched today called Once upon a time starting quinton Tarantino it’s his last movie so it was bittersweet I myself in the wheelchair was impressed with the nearly revamped cinema completely with reclining chairs I look forward to getting out of my chair at some point to enjoy the seating next time bringing Muscle I enjoyed my choice of coffee and popcorn the coffee with a Nice I forgot to ask them to make it warm and it was a bit hot. But in the movie you have time to kill surprisingly my usual lunch spot of little dragon was closed not sure why so went to Muchacho instead which I also have done a review for today the paper straws are a bit difficult but don’t be afraid to ask for a plastic one staff are always more than happy to help) my brother really enjoyed the new recliner chairs as well from what I can read assistance is available for people who are hearing impaired As well would be great to hear what your experiences have been like if you are one of those people
