Staff are friendly, atmosphere is usually great & if its not busy you get to pick the best seats.

The movie session was ruined by a lady behind placing her bare feet through the gap of my arm rest and didn't even attempt to move it, when I bumped it slightly with my elbow, which gave me a bit if a shock by the way, wasn't expecting it. My husband had to swap seats with me. Then some young boys up in the back rows were using either popcorn, lollies or chewing gum as projectiles on unsuspecting viewers. Again I copped one on the head! There were not many in the cinema in our session and it completely ruined my experience!
More supervision is needed! What's the point of leaving the movie half way to complain, when it's you that misses out and there's little or no staff available in the foyer to complain to? The people who do ruin it don't care anyway. Maybe it just wasn't my night! OK rant over. Thanks but will have to reconsider going again. Sad cause I really live movies.

Great to be back at the cinema and the Grand is my local. New recliner seat chairs are awesome. Go and enjoy yourself

Great to sit in the recliner seats and watch a movie. The snacks are well overpriced and the company should review this. Some of the seats did not work, so we did have to do quite a bit of shuffling around to get two seat together that worked but overall, a good experience.

It's been years since I'd been here. Wowwwweee. The place is fabulous, the seats are so spacious, clean and recline. The kids and I thought we were in gold class. Nothing like those grotty tight seats at event. Everyone do yourself a huge favour and buy yourself a membership and go to this cinema. Also the staff are so nice, even had someone there that renew my membership at 7.30pm in the evening. That's right a real person that served me efficiently and in a friendly manner! P.s also many food and drink options, and easy parking!

Great sound, and the recliner seats are something we keep coming back for. In the age of home theatre, its these features (and of course the large projection screen) that keep the local cinema complex relevant and the preferred way to experience a blockbuster.

I love these cinemas. Great value, staff are always nice. Venue is clean. Popcorn is just right. Been going here since i was a kid. No matter where i move too in perth i still travel 30 mins or more to this cinema to watch a movie.

The hand drier in the ladies has obviously not been cleaned this year with coronavirus and everything going on you would think management would be checking the efficacy of staff duties to make sure they were done properly! Black Mould present in the hand dryer could be fatal for some people with health issues or lung disease and people with low immunity. Not impressed! Won't be recommending it to anyone I care about!

Gold lounge ia good. Food menu for gold lounge is way better than that lux Hoyts, gold class event cinemas and reading cinema. It has a lot more options to cater for everyone.

Brilliant cinema. You actually have significantly more room than you need in between the rows of seats to get up and walk to where you're going instead of having to do that weird shuffle and say excuse me like to every person in your row you need to walk past. The recliner seats were dope too. Killer sound and nice new screens too. Makes the other cinemas look poor as hell in comparison. Highly recommended

Grand Cinemas is a great movie theatre for seeing the lastest movies on the big screen. The picture and sound are amazing.
The unfortunate side to them is the outrageous costs of their snacks. I doubled the cost of seeing a movie with my 2 kids just by buying us all a drink and popcorn and that was utilising the deals they had on offer also.
I urge all who want an amazing movie night to try Galaxy Drive In where you can bring your own picnic dinner if you so choose and even your puppa is welcome for a very memorable family evening.

Always a good place to watch movies. Join a membership club and get discounts just ask the friendly staff. Don't forget to grab a drink popcorn chocolates and ice cream before the movie and choose from comfy seats recliner chairs or gold class and enjoy the movie!
