While my doctor is great.

Never have I ever experienced such poor customer service as I have from these receptionists, absolutely disgusting, they belittle you and treat you as if your uneducated swine. How they ever got hired for a reception job with such horrible attitudes I'll never know.

Fantastic place and trust the doctors here so much. Bedside manner that's rare to find and taken seriously with every concern I have. I would not go anywhere else. Thank you staff for doing what you do with such finesse

Very good practice. Dr Murtaza always spends time with his patients and genuinely cares about there health and well-being not just a number.

I have been going to this practice for almost 2 years and have been seeing Dr Gullum Mutuza. And have had the best medical treatment I have ever received and would like to thank him for correcting my issues and has got me back on track have never felt better. Thank U again Doc

The last 3 appointments have been 45min+ late, with the most recent one being an hour late- by which point its time to give up and go home. Whilst I am patient and understanding, its difficult to keep young children (toddlers) waiting for long periods. I think its time to change practices.

Bad doctors they dont listen 3 times 3 different doctors seen for same problem same antibiotics given even when i pointed out they dont work all 3 said it not the same antibiotics but when i buy them same antibiotics second issue that dont do are exam i will say i have this problem the docs like ill give a script for this medication but there is no exam

Never answer the phones. Currently on hold, have been for 40 minutes. My appointment was an hour ago

The doctors are great but the reception staff are so rude. Went in for a follow up and booked online, only to be told that the online bookings don’t actually matter after I was waiting for nearly an hour. I then went up to the front desk to be spoken to in such a rude way, and they made out like it was my fault. The lady at the desk was then talking very rudely about me when I went to sit down and wait once again. Would highly recommend the doctors but I think they need to look into the people they have on the front desk.

Wait time on the phone is appalling. Waited 15 minutes on hold and then was hung up on without even speaking to anyone.

Worse medical centre I've ever delt with. Can never get a straight answer about medical information of mine which I've been waiting on since December of last year meaning no meds for me. Reception just don't care for patients

I have an awesome Doctor but the reception staff available is non existent waiting in line for ages as they are busy when all we want to do is to let them know we are there.also got told by a receptionist that she turns the phone OFF when alone because she cannot handle customers and the phone. Why would the practice not put more staff on or at least someone specifically to answer the phone. Also the receptionists never seem to have a smile or greet the customers correctly. We have actually stood in front of the desk and been completely ignored.if it wasnt for my Doctor I would be moving on.

I initially only went to this practice as I needed a script filled in quick time, I had never usually gone to bulk billing doctors because in my opinion you are generally treated like a number, in and out with very little regard; that is what I thought.

Dr Ghulam Murtaza is different and without a doubt the most caring, thorough and knowledgeable doctor that I have visited. He always ensures that there is no box left unticked when investigating concerns and has been a strong catalyst in me better tracking my own health.

I now recommend him to my family and friends. If all doctors were like Dr Murtaza we would be a well looked after bunch.

I live in Treendale I drove from Treendale to see doctor at family Forrest because I being ur client from long time
I even called before I go to see doctor when I reached there than told me no more patients and got told u can go to hospital.

Gone from a practice of Drs with patient caring at the forefront to training practice of overseas trained bulk billing Drs who have poor thoroughness. Gone elsewhere!

19/06/2019. I rang up for an appointment to get a dressing changed as i recently cut off the top of my left thumb. Would "12.10 pm be ok" yes thank i will see you then. 12.05pm i arrived, "take a seat and the Doctor will see you" Thank you. 12.47pm a nurse came and got me and took me down to the area where they do dressings. I was told to sit next to a bed and a nurse attended to redress my wound.she took off the old dressing and cleaned it and she muttered somthing and left.so i was left there for 10 minutes, she returned and told me she needs to get a Doctor.so i waited and played several games on my mobile, then i glanced at my mobile to get the time and i find it is 1.45pm and no nurse, and no Doctor.so i gathered up my gear and walked out.much to the protests from the nurse.
Know the practice will get paid as i gave them my Medicare card. But they must think that because i am a pensioner that they can just take their time and do other stuff, well so what he is an pensioner he has plenty of time, Well i don't. DO YOU THINK YOU ARE THE ONLY SURGERY IN BUNBURY? I love my Doctor Angus Snelling, in my opinion the best Doctot there, but he was on holidays.

Passing through Easter weekend and hubby needed a dr before fly out. Loved that it had a walk in service on a Sunday and open over the Easter weekend. Staff were friendly and dr was lovely. Great that it had a pharmacy in the same building also! So easy and the wait was so quick which was fantastic with two tried kids in the car!

Doctor Kahral was great and always on time and would recommend him.
At the time I wanted to switch to a Dr at my town due convenience I received an invoice over $64 to pay prior they would send records to my new Dr which disappointed me greatly.

Reception ladies are often sort of grumpy and appointment is never on time. Easy to wait 30-50 mins every time. I don't think they doing great service.

Dr said my 17 yo daughter was young enough to 'get over it', depression is no joke and some people can't 'just get over it', I'm not taking the risk with my child. Went straight to another dr who thankfully helped us.

Needed from forrest medical Bunbury to Bunbury $60.50
Definitely not impressed.
