I was so relieved to be able to find a good Dr, we have just moved to town and in my past I have had mostly really bad experiences with Drs. Going here was so simple receptionists were professional helpful and nice. The Dr I saw was what I expect a Dr should be but have never found until now. I normally get anxious going to Drs and so put off going till I can’t put it off any longer. I am very grateful to have found this place.

I rang for an appointment and was received by a lovely receptionist who got me an appointment with the doctor of my choice on the same day.
My experience was so caring and it was lovely to be able to get help and understanding and care. I also went to Western Diagnostics in their medical centre, lovely ladies and very kind and reassuring.

Very nice doctors, Dr. Nisah Ahmed is my doctor and he is fantastic. The reception ladies and nursing staff are also wonderful.

Came this morning without appointment. It was really busy but all the staff was friendly and helpful. I got a walk in appointment with the Dr Adnan Khan who was really concerned and mindful about my condition. I am highly satisfied and can only recommend this practice, Thanks

Maria Chatta is a medical marvel. First GP in a long time that I have found to be caring and intuitive to such an extent. Puts your care before anything else.

Very good practice. Dr Murtaza always spends time with his patients and genuinely cares about there health and well-being not just a number.

I have been going to this practice for almost 2 years and have been seeing Dr Gullum Mutuza. And have had the best medical treatment I have ever received and would like to thank him for correcting my issues and has got me back on track have never felt better. Thank U again Doc

I initially only went to this practice as I needed a script filled in quick time, I had never usually gone to bulk billing doctors because in my opinion you are generally treated like a number, in and out with very little regard; that is what I thought.

Dr Ghulam Murtaza is different and without a doubt the most caring, thorough and knowledgeable doctor that I have visited. He always ensures that there is no box left unticked when investigating concerns and has been a strong catalyst in me better tracking my own health.

I now recommend him to my family and friends. If all doctors were like Dr Murtaza we would be a well looked after bunch.

Staff and doctors are really friendly and provide good quality care. They are 4/5 stars only because they can get quite behind and more often than not I am waiting 30 minutes or more for my appointments, which can cause a knock on effect. But otherwise they are great!

Yes the wait times are long, but if you know that and are happy to wait the doctors and nurse there are great. Professional, kind, knowledgeable.

I really liked the doctor I saw, however the prices at this practice are outrageous! While I understand I get half back from Medicare I'm still out of pocket nearly $100 for less than 10 minutes! I have a pension concession card but still paid full price.

This practice has an understaffed reception area. I had to wait to be checked in and then again when I returned to ask a question. The staff appear to be under pressure and stressed. The doctor was good, friendly and open to questions but I had to wait over 45 minutes for a pre-booked appointment. This was, however, the only practice who had availability on the day (I tried 3 other practices before getting this one).

I have an awesome Doctor but the reception staff available is non existent waiting in line for ages as they are busy when all we want to do is to let them know we are there.also got told by a receptionist that she turns the phone OFF when alone because she cannot handle customers and the phone. Why would the practice not put more staff on or at least someone specifically to answer the phone. Also the receptionists never seem to have a smile or greet the customers correctly. We have actually stood in front of the desk and been completely ignored.if it wasnt for my Doctor I would be moving on.

Passing through Easter weekend and hubby needed a dr before fly out. Loved that it had a walk in service on a Sunday and open over the Easter weekend. Staff were friendly and dr was lovely. Great that it had a pharmacy in the same building also! So easy and the wait was so quick which was fantastic with two tried kids in the car!

Doctor Kahral was great and always on time and would recommend him.
At the time I wanted to switch to a Dr at my town due convenience I received an invoice over $64 to pay prior they would send records to my new Dr which disappointed me greatly.
