If you don’t mind wasting hours just to see a Doctor than this medical center is the one for you. Weather you have an appointment or a walk-in it’s a soul destroying place to be!

Wait time was over an hour for a pre booked consultation, ended up cancelling my appointment and walked out. Won't be coming back.

Consistently rude and consistently useless

Booked in to see my results. Because for some reason you have to see a doctor and pay 85$ just for them to send off a peice of paper to someone that can actually fix your issue

Then get told I have to pay the outstanding 85$ to be able to see the doctor. Would've been really nice if they told me that on the phone instead of making me come in

I do wonder how they expect me to be able to get the 85$ considering it's an issue I need resolved to be able to continue working to my full capacity

Nevermind having to spend 45 minutes every time you want to go to an appointment you've already booked

All this would be somewhat bearable of the reception lady's weren't rude every time you need to see talk to them

Like I said, consistently rude and consistently useless won't be booking in ever again

If I could give 0 stars I would. Received two confirmation reminders for my appointment at 1100. Confirmed and arrived 10 minutes early and checked in at their check in kiosk. Waited an hour and a half for my appointment to then ask the reception what was taking so long. Doctor wasn’t in and I wasn’t notified. Absolutely useless and not the first time the reception at this practice has been disorganised and rude. Wasted an entire Monday morning and can’t re book with this doctor for a month. Will find a new practice.

Waiting over 25 mins for them to answer their phones. Rubbish. Then normally you get a ride receptionist. They mucked my daughter around so I need to sort it out, no answer still waiting. Writing this while I wait. Totally a joke. Over 30 mins and still waiting.

Have to pay $85 just to get a repeat script for long term medication. Takes the Doctor 30 seconds to renew it. Sometimes I think doctors are a money-making scam.

Was okay when bulk billing, but the doctors discretion is a joke, free healthcare in bunbury is borderline non existent and as a worker i feel what i get every time isnt worth the money you spend, had a doctor diagnose me with a nerve issue in my tooth but in actuality it was a giant abcess, i nearly had it explode in my mouth but all he cared about was getting me through asap i found out a week later when my whole face swelled, then had to spend another 70$ getting an appt to get antibiotics. Which i then had to tell the doc over the phone what the issue was so he could prescribe me the anti biotics that i had to specifically request, whose the doctor here? , i wont be paying his bill, my right as a patient allows me to use my "patients discretion" and decline payment. The doctors their are clueless and only care about the money, they overbook and understaff so wait times are crazy to.if im paying 70+ dollars a visit, i expect a doctor to do his job

Booked in 2 weeks ago for an appointment, received confirmation the day before had. Came in and the receptionist told us to sit down it won’t be too long. Half an hour later told another patient that they would be seen by another doctor. Did not say anything to us. Asked her how much longer it would be and we were told our doctor is out of country. Asked if we would like to see the other doctor.

Dr murtaza was amazing in replacement

$65 for a Tele health appt and told to just keep the Panadol up. Absolutely disgusting and not worth the call. Had to make another appt with a real dr to get actual medical help. It was tonsillitis and required antibiotics.

I have taken my business elsewhere as my son is non verbal autistic and we always see the first available doctor. The last time we came the doctor grilled me as to why i always see a different doctor all the time well my son doesnt wanna wait an hour or 30 mins just to get his script refilled! I resent what the doctor was implying. I even just phoned the clinic and it took them 15mins to answer the phone!

Reception staff are wildly incompetent. Aren’t even capable of printing off simple blood test results from prior blood tests that are already on the system. Instead they waste a drs appointment on making you go in to get paperwork printed off.

The receptionist with the blond bob was very abrupt with the old man in front of me. He really didn't understand her. I tried to help him and she was very rude to me also. Awful experience. Never going back

Message for the office manager, you might want to inform your staff of any changes prior to opening clinic and staff who leave half way during the day to handover to the to the people on the next shift with new information, especially something as the big as the only walk in dr being on leave. Phoned to see if I could see a Dr around 6pm, the Receptionist said that they will be open until 8pm with a dr to see no appointment needed, just walk in, I arrive 7.15, the clinic Was closed? Drove from an hour away, another person turned up to see a Dr and had to walk away, as an office manager you need to let your staff know, And put a message on your website. As something like a walk in dr being on holidays would of been organised prior, not good enough! If not stay open to the time advertised 8pm, so if any one turns up you can inform them, that would be the polite thing to do. Unbelievable and unreliable for an office running a health proffesion! *Best going straight to the hospital,

Been seeing my Dr for years at this place but the receptionists here are the most rudest people I have ever encountered
Not everyone has health care cards etc and their prices are so expensive
The receptionists have no empathy all they are, are money hungry wolves
So sad to leave my Dr but not going to be treated like you mean nothing

Very unprofessional, doctor didn’t care about what I went in for. More concerned about his $85 charge as it was out of bulk billing hours.

Poor service and an even more effort on the drs behalf’s they want their quick $$$ and out you go! Most don’t want to know about you after seeing you a few times! Poor efforts find another practice I’m sure you’ll get better service all round!

I won’t be booking an appointment online ever again. Left work early to get here on time only to be told the doctor isn’t here! Reception didn’t care and I was told to wait for the next available appointment.

Utterly disgusted with the change in billing practice after having been a client for the last 20+ years. I simply needed a quick blood test referral and was all of 2 minutes in the "first available" doctor which was always bulk billed in the past for such quick requirements. I received an $85 bill in the post! For what - a quick click of his screen and a green bit of paper spat out of his printer and that costs $85? Nobody ever mentioned I was going to be slugged a hefty fee or I wouldn't have bothered. It seems that greed has taken over the practice at the expense of good practice and customer service.

When I queried the bill today, the receptionist shrugged it off saying there are signs everywhere. Yes I saw two signs today stuck to the top of the counter, but not the other day when it was busy and I was focused on talking to the receptionist rather than reading the tops of counters. A simple courtesy comment that there could be a fee attached would have been welcomed as it is not everyday I go to the doctors to notice a change in billing policy. She then said that I have to discuss the billing with your doctor as it varies. So how do I know if I will be bulked billed before I walk into his room? The time it takes to have that conversation, he could have simply printed out the blood test referral and bulk billed.

I had gone into the doctors a few days after my blood test to inquire about results. (before I received my first bill) and the receptionist did tell me there would be a $90 fee on Sunday which I declined. I asked if there is a way to log on like with SKG to get my results and she told me no the doctor would like to discuss the results with me (with a fee attached of course). I came home and discovered that you CAN log into MyGov My Results and your results are loaded up after 7 days! It would have been nice if the receptionist had of told me that!

A very disappointing service over the last 6 months (not mentioning here my last saga there) that has been hijacked by overpriced fees for very quick consultations when I walk in knowing exactly what I am requiring in the way of a referral, blood test or script etc

I visited this practice on New Year's Day and was told by the lovely receptionist working that day that there would be a fee ($90) due to the public holiday, which was very reasonable.

However, I had a pre-booked appointment at 10: 40am (21/01), and was not informed on the phone, or at the desk by the receptionists that there were changes to their "bulk billing" policies although I've been a patient on and off for several years. I wasn't seen until 11: 30am, saw the Dr for less than 10 minutes and was charged $148.50 for the consultation.

Dr Adnan, whom I had that day, didn't tell me until after the appointment that there would be a fee, he answered a call during my consultation without asking or apologising when I had already waited patiently (unbeknown to me, he knew fully I would be paying for his services), and he said to me he would email my medical certificate when I requested to have one printed then and there because he didn't want me to be charged further fees while he filled it out because consultations longer than 10 minutes will be charged double (he made it seem like he was doing me a favour of some sort to avoid fees) so he assured me that it would be emailed and I trusted him.

I still didn't receive an email, and called the practice at 4: 30pm that day asking why I still haven't received one and the response was that Dr. Adnan went home at 1: 00pm and to the records of the receptionists apparently my medical cert was printed out during the consultation which is utter rubbish because I.was.not.given.one.or.emailed.one.hence why I called.

Instead of resolving the medical cert issue, I was confronted about the unpaid invoice for the service that day when I already organised to put the charges onto an account to pay off in the future and confirmed that I had a copy of the invoice and that this was unnecessary to talk about when it was already organised. After clarifying again that I was paying the account with future payments, I gave my email to the manager "Bec Campbell", to rightfully email my medical certificate and she sent an additional attachment of the $148.50 invoice despite me highlighting that wasn't necessary.

Never going back to this practice. A very rude, over-charged, and spiteful service. No integrity with Doctor to Patient relationship. No integrity for patients who seek a bulk billed service and aren't properly informed. And the receptionists should focus on their 9 to 5 receptionists roles, and adhearing to the concerns of the patients of the doctors RESPECTFULLY instead of expressing concerns for issues they aren't qualified to resolve.

Kindest Regards,
Courtney Tomane.
