Absolutely the worst at communications! Did not even follow up or let me know when the car was ready. Worst customer service. You lost a long term customer for good.

Helpful staff, willing to go the extra distance to make sure you are happy. New and used sales with parts and service all in the one location is an advantage. I had one small hiccup with my new car purchase and after I mentioned my concerns they worked hard to resolve those concerns, which they did to my complete satisfaction.
You can wonder through this dealership like a zombie from the Walking Dead.nobody sees you unless you scream.
They have the best service technicians! They managed to fix the faults I had with my car in 1 Visit while the other dealership couldn't even rectify the faults even after multiple visits.
