Hassle free transaction. Macz is a an amazing salesman. He knows his stuff very well, easy to deal with. I bought GLB 200 for my wife and she loves it, excellent car with exceptionally safest features. Macz and Mercedes Benz highly recommended.

Appalling! I bought a A250 after my wife had treatment for cancer because i was told it was safe. The car was second hand with 2000 kms on it. It has faulted since day one. 12 months later and having been back more than a dozen times some periods of up to 10weeks in the workshop.these clowns will not accept responsibility that it is a dud. Will not do anything about it. Poor customer servive and no compassion or favour shown at all. We put up with their stories for 12 months now to find out that most of their cars are failing.also the car has presented with many different problems.not the same one! Never again.

We bought an ex-ambulance to use as a courier van. A Mercedes Benz Sprinter only 4 months ago. Had nothing but issues with it, but the guys at Mercedes-Benz Perth have been nothing but kind, conciderate and very accomodating when we have had to dump the vehicle on them for immediate attention to get us back on the road. Louis, Ken and the guys in the service department have been awesome.

Ken has been very helpful and professional from the beginning of the purchase until the handover, he will ask the right questions and give honest opinions, which really helps when it comes to purchasing a car as special like Mercedes. Just one week ago I bought my very first Mercedes Benz which I’m in love with by the way.
So being a new owner of a Mercedes I wanted to make sure I went to the best Mercedes-Benz dealer in Perth, which just happens to be Diesel Motors in St James on Albany Highway.

They even did a headlight restoration which wasn’t even requested, now that’s good business practice.
The attention to detail and requesting full permission before doing anything of value was a nice change from the more common brands of motor vehicles.

You are definitely buying an experience when you have a Mercedes-Benz and it seems Diesel Motors fully understand that and accommodate you accordingly.

At present I might not know a lot of people who own a Mercedes-Benz but as time goes on and that changes I will definitely be recommending Diesel Motors in St James to anybody that is willing to listen.

Once it was time to go and collect my vehicle I was dealt by an assistant named Adell which ran through all that was done in such professional manner, all the while making you feel like the most important customer in the building. That alone deserves a mention as I haven’t experienced customer service like that for a very long time which is another reason I’ll definitely be recommending Diesel Motors so for that Adell, thank you very much.

Looking forward to returning to Diesel Motors for any and all my Mercedes needs

We have bought 2 new Mercs from Diesal motors in the past 10 weeks, service has been great our one complaint was the woman who you get pushed onto to sell window tinting etc etc she was the most unprofessional person we have ever come across in a buisness. We told her upfront we weren't interested as we want to source our own tinter's and she said you will never get it done we replied we always get it done, she doent know us! She also must have said so you don't like me 4 times and she was not joking, honestly she acted like a child so much so we would have cancelled the sale but we had signed already.

It’s because of the people like Brad Titheridge, Brittany Criddle, Peter McGuinness and Oliver that makes the service department professional, efficient and always helpful.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my car serviced because I know if the issue is isolated, the job will be fixed, first time.

Extremely poor service and after sales support. They chase you for your business but ignore you once you have signed on the dotted line even when car is under warranty.

Purchased many cars from Diesel motors, the latest being an A180 in 2019. Upon completion of negotiation, the sales manager ordered window tinting for the car, which we never signed off on, and was billed upon delivery of the car a few days later for window tinting we never requested. Money grabbing scheme.

Mercedes Me app was also a feature that was promised on the car, however not available to upload on the car because the “system has been down”.
But only now/today after more than a year of being asked to return by Diesel Motors multiple times to have it uploaded) we are finally told that our car model is not compatible.another feature we were sold on upon purchase of the car which has not come to fruition. A massive waste of time, and when we are there, the sales and service associates have been extremely rude and condescending.

Our latest experience coupled many experiences with the generally arrogant, dishonest and rude treatment by sales and service will ensure we will not be returning.

Just bought a GLA180 from Mercedes Bentley! The sales staff are professional and we really enjoyed taking a test drive from Blake who was a very approachable and well mannered young man! Gave us a good deal too! Good to do business with guys like this! Thanks so much guys!

Brought my car to fix recently, serviced by the staff called Fredi. What I received can’t even be called a service, it is definitely not what I expected from Mercedes Benz Dealer.
First of all, I requested to have loan car on the repair day, even I had to wait for one more week. But on the service day when I asked for the loan car, Fredi just shrugged and said the system showed is just “shofer”. The repair quotation is a bit overprice be to honest, when I request a small discount like $20 less, Fredi just said: “The market price is cheaper, but if that is the service you want to have is your choice”? What service I have received so far to the honest? Not a single smile, all the tone is looking me down and my mum. All the cold face and short world when we asked more question regarding the repair. Ending up paying $250 checking fee then left! I still can’t believe that what they charged me for the 15 mins check when I didn’t get the repair done with them. Even me know what’s wrong with the car, it just showed on the car monitor! And I just a car service three month ago, and the result was just on the report but I was couldn’t bother to do it at that time. I knew plus this $250 and what I got quoted from other dealer would be similar price as diesel motor. But I don’t want them to earn my money after what “service” I received. I bought my car at diesel motor and have done my service at diesel motor for 4 years. But no more, good bye.

I have been taking my Mercedes sprinter van for servicing since new and Peter and his team have been amazing with me, I highly recommended using them for the servicing and maintenance of your Mercedes and will definitely buy another one after this positive experience dealing with them.

HUGE shout out to Ash Zacharia and John Clark for their exceptional service.
Just picked my 2019 demo GLC 200) The Deal was done and dusted within 1 week, this included a complex situation around financing whereby i was turned away elsewhere.
I did not feel pressured during any stage of the process, right from the initial meeting with the guys.
A truly exceptional experience. 100% recommend Diesel motors

I was disfortunate to have purchased a new merced benz from them. My main complaint is not against the dealership, but against the manufacturer. The bonnet heats up to 80 degrees and so hot that I could not put my hand onto the bonnet after half an hour drive. I went back three times as the sign says engine problem, but I was told it was fine and normal.they tinker with it a few times until it broke down on the highway while I am driving on a 100 km hour.yes, I guess it is normal for merced benz to break down on highway. Merced benz is no longer a reliable car. And this dealership is clearly very very profit focused and not customer focused.
