87 Had to come to the dealership because of a recall letter for our airbags which could ‘injure or kill’ if they were to go off, took us over an hour to travel there only to encounter the worst customer service we’ve ever come across. Peter, in the van service centre, is one of the rudest individuals we’ve had the displeasure of meeting and made our experience incredibly uncomfortable. The airbags were replaced without issue but sadly the service we received was just unacceptable.
Edit-Response to reply from Mercedes: Given that Peter wrote our details on a scrap of paper this morning I’m not surprised you are unable to find a record of our visit. I will certainly email you more information. Very disappointed.
Amazing customer service and experiences car dealers ready to show you the latest Mercs. We went for a test drive before picking ours and he showed us the latest inclusions in the car! Made the trade in very easy!
It is disappointing the person who greets you at the (service door) cant put a smile on his face instead of looking like he does not want to be there
Really happy with the customer service. Kayde Wilkie was fantastic and his knowledge of cars, outstanding. I can't thank him enough for the pleasant way he showed me around the vehicle and the time he took taking me for a test drive and explaining all about the car.
Friendly. Customer oriented. Professional. I just sent in my car to investigate a slight sound from the front upon turning the wheel. The foreman came out for a test drive and i have a slot next week to service the car as well as to fix the problem. Very impressed with their customer service.

I sent a message about a used car 0656 hrs I also called but the car is now sold that is just rude the used car dept I would keep away from just after a quick sale do not care about the customer at all, the guy in charge seems not to care just after the sale and the money
Very expensive, even for a minor service- completely over-shadowed what was otherwise a good experience. Cost of oil & filter change with a few routine checks is over $600, and this all on a 2009 A-Class! They also tried to get me to change spark plugs a service interval early which soured the experience. Provided with nice loan car and very good customer service. Would only ever consider again if price was lower.

Recently put pen to paper for a trade in Mazda, while purposely wearing staff uniform. Wouldn't budge from the listed price and told me they would 'let me walk'. Because that really makes someone feel valued! Little did they know I was in the market for another X Class as well. Guess I'll take that transaction elsewhere though, based on experience so far. All it would've took was 6 months rego or the equivalent discount. Greedy. Classic case of 'win some, loose some'.
Just bought a GLA demonstrator from them. Outstanding service. No pushy salesmen or dodgy sales tactics. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Highly recommend them.

Sales team were great. So we went ahead traded our GLC Coupe and bought an AMG on 15 June 2018, after a month of delivery, wipers were stuttering, passenger sides door rubber coming off and indicator is loose.
Told the service team how disappointed we were and what the service manager replied was “Thats what we have warranties for”
No apology or empathy feel from the service team.
Better go elsewhere, where they appreciate customers.

Purchased an AMG from Diesel Motors last month. Easily the most fun I have had buying a car. Great service, highly recommended.
Took my car ml250 in just out of warranty as engine came on after visiting them. Charges $900 to replace oxygen sensor. 2 weeks later engine light comes on again, I take it back while on holiday nothing done. Decided to take it to an independent mechanic who cleaned the area and fixed the issue. I won’t take my car back to this place.they don’t warrant their workmanship. Extremely disappointed in the service department, my cars 2015 model.
I was broken down in Norseman in my sprinter camper van. With there help, I was able to nurse the car to their dealership and within a few hours, they had me back on the road again. They were very helpful and explained the repairs required in a easy to understand way. Thank you very much
