He was Polite and very accommodating. He is very professional and very Customer motivated. Making sure you’re happy before you leave. Couldn’t recommend him enough.

Travelled over 70km to look at a 2020 pre-owned car that was "Mercedes Benz Certified" Car had a new front end fitted badly, off colour and misaligned! I offered 3 grand less than the asking price as the car needed the bumper repainting and fitting correctly, also needed 2 tyres as it was fitted with odd tyres. They said it was already reduced and acted like they were doing me a favour. Shame on you Mercedes Benz Perth very poor presentation and a total waste of my time and fuel.

Terrible service and aggressive sales. Very very disappointing drop in customer service and focus in the last few years. Service centre are clearly in a sales push trying to sell extra hours for further diagnostics before they’ve started the works requested. I was told they’d text if any additional work is required instead I received calls which didn’t make any sense for additional work before starting the service. Now the latest is they are telling me it will be cheaper to replace the engine and wouldn’t share the errors. Definitely would not recommend.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. I do not know what kind of circus they are running in the Service Department, but one thing I do know is that it appears to be run by the biggest clown of all, their "Service Manager" Luis.
Fancy paying for an extra repair that is not carried out? This would be considered robbery and something that the ACCC will love to hear about. Not only that, but Luis promises to get back to complaints by close of business and then ignores a paying customer for days. Let's hope the Dealer Principal operates with a little more professionalism. Never in my years have I dealt with a bunch of arrogant, clueless, and ill-equipped Service Staff.and all this from what promotes itself as a "luxury brand". Luis and Jade.please just do better than what you are currently doing. I am sure it won't be hard as you do absolutely NOTHING.

You won’t get a warm welcome from the matriarch behind the reception desk but once you get past her, everything was fantastic. From George & Cedric in sales, Aaron in finance and Blake the sales manager you will have a wonderful experience you would expect buying a Mercedes Benz. I only purchased a certified model but had the same hand over experience as if I purchased a expensive new car. 6 weeks later and loving my choice

Hands down to the great service Cedric provided. Always heard this dealership is the worst regarding customer service, but Cedric will be the one who can make you happy. I have recently been to this dealership and had bad experience looking around the cars with a dealer, who didn’t give a F about us, but Cedric is totally different. He helped change the Mercedes Me ID and helped me replaced my rear plate holder for free. The front desk receptionist was also very kind and helpful. Don’t know if I will return to this place for car service or not, but would definitely go to Cedric if I’m buying another car.

Really poor. It felt like I was in a used car dealership. Little customer focus or interest in service dept to do a simple pit stop.
Then while waiting at parts counter with 3 staff looking up from their screens - I walked away after 4 minutes of waiting.
I'll go elsewhere for servicing and future new car business.

Amazing service. My family has been their customer for long time but it was my first time personally buying a car from them. Their service for pre used vehicle sale really left all the other pre used dealerships in shadow. Definitely, i will be going back to buy more brand new and pre used vehicles from them. Ps.when you are there to purchase pre used vehicle ask for George, he is very helpful, and doing all he can to make sure you leave there with zero doubts in your head.

Incompetency and ignorance, kept returning car from service with leaks and screaming noise, unbelievable MB tolerates them a as they dealer.

Left car for a service and received it with leak, appealed straight away but got booked only after 3 weeks, then got I back with leak again, appealed, booked in another 5 weeks, came back with leak, again, then 7 times in a row like this, once got car back after 9 weeks, was left with leak for the Christmas and holiday break, had to cancel long weekend trip s no car. Then after 7 months of driving with leak, low oil level and fault lights on the dashboard, it came back from subsequent service with screaming noise from the engine. Another 3 visits about it, complaining to highest instances around the world, but all they pointed me back to dealer, who said, it's a normal wear, nothing to the bad workmanship or to be covered by service warranty, asked me to pay for damage done to the car by their substandard work. Within last year car was under service with them, for 3 month altogether, 11 visits, oil leaks has ruined my driveway, they had shortened its life and added a horrible service history, but no compensation whatsoever, just usual ignorance from the management and rudeness from receptionist, who will understand is wrong only after same will happened to him, one day.

Having Mercedes in Europe before, , knowing the quality and top service, I've bought one here, highly regretted soon after, I've just lost faith in the brand, will never buy or recommend it any more.

I will NEVER recommend this mercedes store.
I ask a full service and inspection.
Get back the van with following errors:
-Tyre pressure was between 20 bar and 30bar. The van is 3,5T, front pressure shoud be around 40 and back 60.
-The van broke down when i drive back home.
No more coolent in the radiator, i open the bonnet find coolent everywhere and a big hole is the radiator hose (that wasnt here before the service)
- I call mercedes the day after, they told me that they was busy and they call me back, never get news from them.
I had to drive back to perth refilling the coolent every 20mn to avoid overheating.
I do have the pictures as proof and the invoice of the new radiator pipe bough the day after the service.
Conclusion, a service a full check for 1250box, nothing have been properly check or done, will never get back there

Took my car for service and then a repair for an oil leak. Oil leak was still there, called and booked a date, I took it in and they were honest and said it was them due to using shorter bolts, they repaired at no charge and also said to come in after 1,000km’s for a free check up! Very honest and trustworthy! Highly recommend them if you have a Mercedes!

Terrible service. After placing deposit, you will never get back in touch with the sales rep. Do not recommend. Tried calling over 3 weeks. If you get served by Ken Joyce might as well just leave and not buy anything there.

We purchased our new GLE 400d last year in July. We have sought repair of some serious issues and have not had any response from General Manager or Service Manager. Repeated attempts to establish phone contact have been ignored as have repeated emails. We have also raised our concerns with Mercedes Australia. They have contacted the dealership and have directed them to call us. Still no response from Dealership.
Will not purchase another car from here due to the apathetic and benevolent response to after sales follow up and ability to resolve concerns in a timely manner.
Currently there is masking tape over a sensor and the fuel cap is electrical taped closed. Masking tape (placed over sensor in near rear view mirror)
Engine light came on. When reported, was told it is a sensor, it is okay to keep driving.
Sensor replaced in climate control.
We also received a recall notice but in the same letter, parts are not available. That there is a risk of fire and injury.
I would also like to add that we reside 480km away from the dealership. What a huge disappointment is an understatement. We now have a car that we feel unsafe in and absolutely no interaction or support to resolve the issues reported to Mercedes Benz Bentley.
All it takes is some acknowledgement, a phone call, plan of action and some form of acknowledgement. Post Note- The Dealer Principal has been in contact and is assisting us to get the necessary repairs.

Merceedes Benz Perth is the worst place to take your car for service or repair, took my 2012 c200 in for diagnostic n repair because the engine light came on my dashboard, they carry on the diagnostic n told me that my water pump and valve needed to be replaced. I got charged $2900! Money got paid, car got fix and took my car home, two days later engine light came back on, I took it back n they told me that it was wiring problem
But they take care of it and fix it. 1 day later I got a call from them n they said they have fix my car but they will have to keep my car there to observe it for few days.after those few days they call me and ask me to come pick my car, I took my car n got on my way before I could get home the engine light came back, I called them again n told them they straight up told me that the fault is from the glow plug n they quote me $960 to get it replace, I gave them the go ahead. Two days later I called them to check on my car n to see if they were done with it, they told me that ‘we fix it’ but there is another problem which came up, they said my transmission valve need replacing n the engine light is now on because of the faulty transmission valve they gave me a quote of $4000 to replace it. Merceedes Benz Perth is a complete rip off. I won’t advice anyone to take their car in for anything.

Went to look at the A180 used car and checked out 3 cars. No sales person approached me which I thought was quite strange. Maybe they do not need to sell anything today.

I have recently purchased C300 2021 model dealt with the Sales executive Shaun Evans and could not be more impressed with his customer service. He has been very well presented and non pushy sales person. Explaining the whole process and helpful even after sales as well. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Shaun to anyone. I would recommend the Mercedes Benz Perth and Shuan Evans to anyone. There was a problem of my Deposit and Shaun was helpful to sort it out with priority. Thank you
