Interstate customer, bought a pre-owned car from here, and was promised 3-4 weeks and pick up at my local MB dealership. It's been about 6 weeks, and I don't even have a pick up date. The vehicle was paid in full, and has been in my state for almost 2 weeks. Everyone in my household is affected by the delay of our vehicle and hence leaving a review for every further day this is being delayed. The lack of a vehicle has caused us inconvenience and daily transportation costs.

Mercedes are absolutely amazing to deal with, Mirko Eggers is very prompt and helpful along with the rest of the team. I highly recommend using this dealership if you are interested or are purchasing a new Mercedes.

Went to book in my cars as they were due for service. Normally I’d call in but I was in the area so I went into the service dept.glad I did as I will be moving my business to Westpoint even though it’s more of an inconvenience. Never having to deal with Cara again will be beneficial and the experience I have from Land Rover makes me not want to return to MBPerth now while she’s there.

Sorry to Fredi and the great team that have looked after me in the past.

This company carries Mercedes-Benz name and logo but customer service is non existent. Lucky we have record of transaction, or else we have to pay again. They don't do follow up, don't apologize for delay, instead they would laugh at you.

Excellent service. I went with my daughters car them and the service was done timeously. The car was cleaned after service.

Don't bother. They sell you a car knowingly with faults that are only delectable after driving the car for few days and legally will fall upon you to fix it. Dodgy

The girls at the service desk were very accomodating with looking after our car when it was left with them late on a Friday. They were super friendly on the phone and in person. Thanks for assisting.

I have recently dealt with the Sales manager (Martin Crawford) and could not be more impressed with his customer service. He has been very patient with me and showed genuine care in ensuring that I had the right vehicle to suit my needs (whether or not it was one from his dealership). I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Martin to anyone.

Rude used car sales manager!

We are looking after for used BMW X3 20d 2019 that we saw in internet

Today we visited the dealershit and was served by a used car sales and we took a test drive for 10 minute approx to make sure the everything is ok.
Then we are asking for the best offer for the car and the salesman called his "sales manager" and when the manager are there he only explain that the car he sell are fully optioned than the other car on the market in carsales and keep asking me if this is the only car we are looking for today.
After i told the rude manager that we are still comparing other cars in this class his face turn very red like he were mad?
And when i end the conversation he squeeze the GP paper that he showed us and throw it to bin in front of my 64 years old mom! Left us without permission or saying thank you whatsoever
What a rude behaviour!

We plan buy the car tomorrow if my dad likes it but what he did to me and mom are unacceptable.

Well you lost my business and i lost my time.

If i were the owner of this dealershit and i know my manager doing this to customer i would fired tha RUDE manager straight away before it happen to other serious buyer.

I was diesel motor customer back then with my C200 kompressor and that is my last car bought in Diesel motor.

We were looking for a pre owned vehicle and visited many dealerships over several weeks to find a car that was fairly new with low mileage.

From the experiences we had, we were mentally prepared to meet “a pushy salesman” when we walked into the Mercedes showroom. To our surprise We met Shaun who was so knowledgeable, very friendly and accommodating. He showed us cars that suited our needs.

When we mentioned any concerns, Shaun was quick to address them with no hesitation. Very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything about the vehicles. Worked with us when the price was a little out of our budget. Excellent customer service even after we took the car home! Shaun was amazing! Definitely coming back here again.

Hi Mr. Ali,

I went for having a look the GLB250 on this Monday and I asked u for having a driving test of GLB250, but you refused me. Also u didn’t even want to introduce the functions or colors of this vehicle. I am pretty disappointed about your service. That is not right attitude for a certified sales. So right now I just order a brand new BMW in burswood.have a good working day.

I found their Service department to be DISHONEST. I was told over the phone the service would be $750 when I arrived they informed me that they wanted $2950. I asked for a detailed breakdown and they were not forthcoming with the information. Look for somewhere else to get your car serviced.
