People on the desk are organised, but under pressure due to work load. Driving instructors need a good hard look at themselves, a case of "The Fox looking after the Hen house " making sure they have plenty of Work.
Don't do your driving tests here.
I got a Really great PDA assessor. You might get unlucky but be sure you can pass your driving test here, Don’t listen to whatever you hear online. There are good people in the world.
Long waiting times due to lack of staff & people just not reading the information given to them as to what to bring on the day.
I would have given this centre a 5 if not for the older gentlemen at the ticket box when u walk in.
My daughter did her learner test on friday afternoon and was told by the old guy she had failed by 1. It also made her feel embarrassed because she was told in front of atleast 6 other people who were waiting for his help.
My daughters grandfather took the morning off work so he could take her to re-sit the test only to be told by the lady at a desk she had passed on friday and that it wasnt the first time the old guy had told somebody they had failed.very disappointed with that service especially because my daughter took the morning off school and her grandfather off work.
If you're going for your license don't go here, it is a massive waste of time and money. Trash pass rates and trash service in general.
