Beckenham Medical Centre reviews
61 Worst experience ever. First they spelt my name wrong and had the wrong address on file which printed on my prescriptions and blood tests even though I had to fill out a two page pen and paper form. Then when I call the receptionist said she will get back to me but never did. Called again and she asked me to come back in 3 days time when the manager was in. Finally spoke to a nurse who fixed the problem. Needed to have a blood tests to check iron and instead they wrote on the paper work blood test for sti's and there was no mention of iron whatsoever. So now I have to go back and see the doctor to get the paper work to get re tested for iron levels.
Not impressed.
Would be worthwhile to go to Forrestfield or Spencer Rd or any other medical centre.
