Superb service of Dr Aqeelah Tabasum, very knowledgeable. Hardly any wait time with appointment.

There was a staff was too bad and spoke impolite. It is the most rude person I have seen in this clinic!

Always a positive experience visiting this practice. From the time you enter you are greeted and welcomed by the lovely receptionist, Tamaheen who is definitely on the ball and goes the extra mile even though it’s a very busy practice. The nursing staff are lovely and make you feel at ease and ofcourse the Dr. Carina whom I saw was very thorough and ran on time with her appointments which was great!

I have been seeing Dr Palekar for over 15 years now and have quite a commute to see him. However, the service and concern I get from all the the staff is worth every kilometre. From the doctor, nurse and reception staff everyone is very caring and helpful. Thank you, for all that you do.

This medical centre is magnificent, I have extensive medical issues and they have taken me on and continued & examined everything at length.

Highly unorganised staff and the website show online appointment times but only one doctor serve. I booked my appointment 3 times over here and every time wait 40-50 mins over the time. Nothing is organise here. I recommend people think before you book your appointment.they are not even deserve for one star but no choice.

I don't get how I make an appointment for my daughter to get her contraception injection. (her first time there) so cost me $75. (that's fine) BUT.just to be told to make another appointment for tomorrow to do exactly what I was there to do today ‍️ witch is ganna cost me another $40. NOT HAPPY.

Worst customer service, I wish I picked a different place but my 2 year old cut her finger bleeding, didn't know what to do and this was the nearest place near me, I asked if she can be seen by a doctor or nurse as im really worried if the cut is deep, the receptionist just replies that they are fully booked go ask around ti see other doctors, there was literally 2 people in the waiting area I wish I can put no stars at all as they don't even deserve 1 star.

Worst customer service ever first time mum with my child and I wish I picked a different place but with my baby in pain this was the nearest place near me. I got a a few details wrong on my paperwork and was made out to be the dumbest person in the room and basically got yelled at instead of explained to. Was not happy.
I understand this is a busy year BUT it's like they hate there job.

Excellent service. Dr. Palekar takes time to understand a patient's concerns and takes interest in overall family health. I have never felt as though I'm a number who is rushed out of the door. Highly recommend the service. The medical centre is also great for health advice for travel including vaccinations.

Excellent service. It’s not my local Medical center but I still prefer going there as Dr. Palekar is very thorough and doesn’t rush. I can go there knowing the best treatment will be advised. Strongly recommend it!

As stated by my daughter in law, Nisha we have had excellent services from all the staff and Dr. Palekar and though we leave far in Wandi WA 6167 we still prefer to go to Beckenham Medical Centre and have been going there all this time since it started. We have always been reminded about our appointments by the receptionists and always have been friendly to us. When sick my grand children are always happy to visit Dr. Palekar. It was through Beckenham Medical Centre and Dr. Palekar who diagnosed my wife with Breast cancer and chose the best Doctors for her and is still doing an excellent follow up. Keep it up and highly recommend to attend the Beckenham Medical Centre anytime. Thank you for looking so well after my family.

Worst service ever, receptionist shouting at clients infront of everyone, and lowering their dignity, what happened to privacy? Ended up canceling the appointment

Absolutely terrible. My experience was never good. Though good doctor but you have to wait an average of more than hour to your appointed time. Both staff and dr don't care about it. Won't come here again.

DO NOT BOOK PER-EMPLOYMENT MEDICALS HERE. Service is absolutely terrible! My candidate did not have his DAS, no fault of his own, now it has been 9 days and I am still awaiting candidate medical results, in the meantime, he is unable to start his new job. Spoke to the Doctor that did his medical over the phone just now, his response to my actual pleading for results were "i will get to it when i get to it" Had no problems in taking payment for the appointment though. SHAME ON YOU. Disgusting.

A bit of a wait time but the service and professionalism of Dr Syed Jehan is great, couldnt ask for a better gp.

My experience was great. I didnt have to really explain much to him he knew exactely what i needed. He made me feel so relaxed and was just so lovely i would recommend Beckenham Medical Centre to anyone wanting professional, expert care with compassion and understanding for rheir patients.

Cant believe the negative reviews. Not unreasonable to have to wait at any surgery these days, but what sets BMC apart is the time and attention to detail you receive by the doctors. I have always found them willing to listen and actually understand your issues rather than push you out of the door to move on to the next patient. Very rare for a visit to most GP practices these days where you feel like nothing more than another statistic. Well done to the team and dont be deterred by the odd ignorant/impatient critic amongst the hundreds of very satisfied patients!
