Very professional compassionate and polite doctors and staff
I would highly recommend this practice

Been coming here for many years my GP is very thorough and staff extremely friendly.
Even when I moved NOR I drove 45 mins each way to attend this practice.

The Drs here are fantastic. Been coming here since it's opened. The only snag is sometimes you can wait till up to an hr, sometimes even longer.besides that I have no complaints

Came for my appointment during the time when a covid clinic was being held. I must commend the receptionists that were busy and at the same time still dealing with the patients very efficiently. Staff & doctors are always very pleasant & happy to go that extra step to help when they can.

Dr Palekar is a caring doctor. He told me off for not looking after my health, which was a little hard to hear, but I was grateful for it. Sometimes you need someone who cares enough to tell you how it is and to give you a swift kick up the backside.

The scheduling and prompt communication on appointments impressed me most. The reception staff were also very clear in their communication and helpful during the entire duration I was in the medical Centre.

The appointed times of appointment with the doctor, were however not adhered as initially planned. I got in 23 minutes after my scheduled time.
The Medical Doctors are well experienced with a friendly attitude.

The Nurse on Duty was efficient with the Covid Vaccination.

Awesome customer service. Dr Soumia was very thorough and considerate. I'm glad to be a new client with them.

I am totally comfortable at Beckenham medical Centre, the receptionist Tammy is so friendly. Very accommodating.
My doctor Carina Limgenco is amazing, nothing is too hard for her. She goes above and beyond with everything I need.
I have 100% trust in her.

I'm so thankful for all the staff, they were very accommodating, from the receptionist, nurse and most especially Dr. Carina. She is knowledgeable and very patient. I highly recommend this clinic to my friends.

Just a suggestion for those who will be booking for appointments. If you have more health issues, please book for a long appointment so that the doctor can check and explain to you very well about your illness and the person next to you won't be waiting for a long time. Thank you.

BEST of the Beat. Good Receptionist keep all up to date about clients. Dr. Soumia knows how to be the best for her patients she explains the diagnosis and the problem very clearly. Great job well done.

Service was good but parking was difficult. If you can walk, I suggest park at shopping centre.

Had an appointment to see one of the doctors on the 27/07/21 for our 2 years old toddler. The doctor was great, the nurse was excellent.

The only problem we have is the lady at the reception (long hair caucasian). She is very rude. We had a hysterical toddler, who does not like new environment. She was annoyed and we caught her rolled her eyes. I dont feel that she is happy with her job.

To the reception lady, we dont have any intention to annoy you. And piece of advise for you, you need to start thinking about a new job that does not involve customer service. Its very bad for business.

Overall, not coming back

I rarely write reviews of places but what I experienced today was bad. This practice has the best doctors and nurses but the lady at the reception, Tammy is the rudest person I have ever met. My daughter's appointment was this morning and upon arrival Tammy asked me if she had any symptoms of fevers, cough, etc and I said she had a cough, Tammy rolled her eyes and told us to wait outside, this is not the first time she has done that, she has a very bad attitude.

Booking process straightforward, minimal wait time, helpful courteous lady at reception, Doctor extremely thorough and friendly; communicated well with young, 7 year old patient

Absolutely love all of the doctors at this medic centre! Only problem is trying to get an appointment.

I’ve attended this medical clinic for many years and always found the staff to be kind and polite to all. This i’ve witnessed whilst waiting in the waiting area until seen. Dr Palekar has treated all my injuries and medical issues, ; and I’ve had a lot. From small minor ones to major life threatening issues (cancer). I highly recommend this medical centre and Dr Palekar

Close to home. Friendly nurses. Rowesa is nice. Dra. Limgenco was also accommodating. Staff were friendly. Recommended.

Yes, we do our flu vaccine of my family, and the reception are very accomodating and especially to our GP doctor Carina and the nurse. They are very friendly and very professional in their services provided that is very inclusive and friendly ambiance.

Strongly recommend Dr Aqeelah Tabasum. Always professional, empathetic and provides holistic patient-centred care.
