83 There was no one to greet us as we arrived. Breakfast and rooms were great. Good variety.
Severely under staffed though, staff appeared to have lacked training, very slow in the bar area- for such a big hotel they can’t cater for crowds nor can they cater for dietary requirements.
Good confernce centre /hotel located on the outskirts of melbourne next to the pictureseque Yarra River. Plenty of space to go for a walk or try your hand at a round of golf on one of their two courses. Good hotel facilities and plenty of meeting spaces both large and small. Excellent dining with a particularly tasty breakfast. Well worth a visit.
Average food at Bella restaurant. View is better in pictures than in reality. The good things are nice spacious bath tub, nice toiletries and the cleaner ladies and staff at Bella restaurant. Don't like Nicolette the receptionist - she is so full of herself. Better hire a nicer person to work at reception because receptionists represent the whole place.
